Love this hotel!
Conrad Koh Samui is the best hotel I have ever stayed before. It has excellent food, 24/7 internal transportation, and the most important one, butler-like service. Our service called JA, she helps us to rent motor, introduce the in-room facilities, and even response our concern while she was off. If I have a chance to visit Samui again, this hotel absolutely will be my first choice!

Hard to leave this place
We spent a few days at the Conrad Koh Samui and honestly didn’t want to leave. The villas are stunning, but what really makes this place unforgettable is the view. Waking up and seeing the ocean stretching endlessly in front of you, with the small islands in the distance, is just incredible. I’ve stayed in many beautiful hotels, but this view is definitely one of the most spectacular I’ve experienced. Another thing I really appreciated is how peaceful the property feels. Koh Samui can be quite lively, so coming back to such a calm and quiet place at the end of the day was amazing. It really feels like a private retreat. Breakfast was also a highlight for me. There’s a huge variety and everything we tried was fresh and very good. Sitting there in the morning with that panoramic view and a coffee was honestly one of my favorite moments of the day. Overall we had a wonderful stay. The team was kind and attentive throughout, and the whole experience felt very relaxing. I would absolutely recommend it if you’re looking for somewhere special to unwind in Koh Samui.

If you need relaxation this is the place!
This place is heaven. It was better than the pictures and that is because of the staff. Every single one of them were so nice! Go to the farm it was really cool to see what they grow.

Spectacular!
Gorgeous property with excellent service! Loved the villa in terms of every detail. So well thought out from lighting to bed, sliding doors, layout, bathroom…Slept amazingly well. Everything was perfect, a person could live there quite happily! Then of course the pool and view are exceptional. We spent days and nights enjoying the pool and stargazing..sunsets were stunning. Breakfast was fantastic, pool restaurant was also great, and Thai restaurant wonderful. Room service was not so would not recommend. We ordered a pizza and Thai dish none of which resembled the food in the restaurants. Nan was excellent throughout our stay! Would highly recommend. I only wish we could have walked the property more to take in all of the beauty. It was missed due to needing buggy rides everywhere and the buggies have a rain overhang that impedes the view. That said it was a fair trade off for the positives of this spectacular property!

Perfect return to Conrad Samui!
We absolutely loved our return to the magnificent Conrad Samui. The warmest welcome from the GM Marco, Ian and the rest of the team made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our lovely duplex villa on level 4 has the most spectacular views; it was quiet and peaceful which we really appreciated, and the bed was super comfortable too. Special thank you to housekeeping for keeping it so clean and tidy, including the wonderful Ni. The attention to detail and the little touches we experienced throughout our stay were outstanding and the best we have received at any hotel. The location of the hotel and indeed all the villas are perfect to completely unwind in the most beautiful setting. We used all of the three restaurants at the hotel which offer different but excellent dining experiences (casual food at Azure, Thai food at Aow Thai and fine dining at Jahn). We used Grab to go to the nearby Thong Krut beach a number of times during our stay. It's about 10 minutes by car and costs approx 300 THB. There are a number of decent restaurants which are worth a visit and you can also get boats to Five Islands and Pig Island from here. A huge big thank you to everybody at the hotel for a truly magnificent stay! Special thanks also to GM Marco, Minnie, Nuchy, Moo, Toey and Pui (Aow Thai), Great, Ong and Mus (breakfast), Mee, Taro, Dome, Oscar, New and all the amazing buggy team, Ying (Jahn), all the Azure team and finally Ian - Guest Relations Manager.
