Amazing birthday surprise
We visited Conrad at Koh samui for my husbands surprise birthday and the hotel went out of their way to look after us. My particular thanks to Ian Xu at guest relations for making our trip so special. I cannot fault the service, the room, the view and all of the staff who looked after us, and especially the stunning towel art - monkeys, dogs, swans, elephants and many more
