Stunning Villas, Sustainability & Heartfelt Service – A True Gem
Our stay at Conrad Koh Samui was truly magical. The villas are a dream – the private infinity pools and the 180-degree view of the 'Five Islands' are breathtaking. The level of privacy is unmatched. We were especially impressed by their sustainability: 70% of the food is grown in their own garden, and you can taste the quality. The Farm Tour with Daniele was a highlight; his passion for the project is inspiring. He also brightened our mornings at breakfast with his kind soul. A huge thank you to our Concierge Nan, who coordinated our stay perfectly behind the scenes. The entire staff is 'mega friendly' and Room Service was always on point – fast and precise. For constructive feedback on a very high level: Breakfast could be a bit better organized. Empty dishes sometimes stayed on the table too long, and our espresso order was forgotten on more than one occasion, requiring 2-3 reminders. Also, pricing for extras is quite steep (300 THB for extra salami on a pizza is a lot, even for a luxury resort). However, these are minor details compared to the overall experience. The positives far outweigh the negatives. We would check back in tomorrow if we could! Highly recommended.

Heaven on Earth!
The Conrad Koh Samui looked amazing in the pictures but was even better in reality. From the moment we turned the corner to the reception, the views took our breath away. When we reached our room, we felt like we were in a paradise all of our own. The views are matched only by the warmth of the staff. We would like to say a special thanks to Minnie and Sanah whose warm smiles and friendly, welcoming demeanour made our stay so much more enjoyable. We stayed four nights and will definitely return. I would highly recommend the Conrad Koh Samui for anyone looking for ultimate relaxation in a secluded, idyllic setting.

A Memorable Family Vacation at Conrad Koh Samui
We had an amazing stay at Conrad Koh Samui while traveling with our family. The resort is absolutely beautiful, offering stunning ocean views, spacious private villas, and a peaceful atmosphere that made it perfect for a relaxing family getaway. What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding service we received, especially from the manager, Khun New. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to assist us immediately whenever we needed help. Her genuine care and professionalism made our family feel very welcome and well looked after throughout our stay. Thank you to Khun New and the wonderful team for making our family trip so memorable. We highly recommend this resort and would love to return again in the future.
