Bill Mink Melvin and New were great . My husband did not approve of the room because the view of the water was partially blocked we switched rooms the next day he was static. The service is exceptional the entire staff is attentive

An unforgettable stay in paradise..
I write this review as we depart from this paradise. Conrad Koh Samui is located in a gorgeous setting with panoramic views of the ocean and sunsets that will make you sit still. If you are lucky, you may also get to witness a few shooting stars (we certainly were). But what blew us away was the sincere and heartfelt service provided by the team, even before we stepped on the island Khun New made sure to anticipate our every need. The villa was gorgeous with personalized details which were one of a kind. Khun Ae at Azure club, Khun Spy at Jhaan and also the smiling faces at Aow Thai with Khun Ni who welcomed us every morning were heartwarming and showed us what Thai hospitality is all about. Our villa was lovingly set up every evening by Khun Faye, June, Aum, Moo & Rose. Khun Marvin gave us some fantastic local restaurants to experience which was the cherry on top. The team at Iris farm and the entire experience was unforgettable. With the fantastic leadership of Marco and Jing Yi this remarkable resort is truly an oasis of beauty and heartfelt hospitality. We cannot wait to return and be utterly pampered.

Impeccable Stay
We’ve just arrived at Conrad Koh Samui and have already felt beyond impressed with the impeccable welcome service we received. Bill, Mink, and Marvin have gone above and beyond to ensure that our arrival and check in was seamless. We took an early morning flight here and knew we were too early for check in. However, the welcome team made sure we felt extra welcomed and offered us complimentary breakfast and a tour of the resort while waiting for our room. We are so grateful for the hospitality and personal touch. From the moment you arrive, the views are breathtaking! We are looking forward to our stay here and excited to explore Conrad.

Relax, be pampered, enjoy the best view on the island
I just completed a 3 night stay at this gorgeous property. It is off the beaten path and far away from town. However the property itself is large with amazing villas and service. Breathtaking sea views are in every corner. Staff that stood out: Martin who mans the poolside bar goes above and beyond. He makes great cocktails and remains super attentive even when it gets busy. He memorizes all the guest names and developed a personal raptor with us. He even helped fix my broken flip flop which is certainly not an expectation! Fah in the Thai restaurant also stood out as going above and beyond. She made sure we had our orders even though we arrived on the later side of breakfast and even brought us mangoes without being asked as a kind gesture.
