Kimpton Kitalay Samui

Heavenly weeks’ vacation with family (including a 5 yr. old). Couldn’t have asked for a higher level of comfort and service personnel. Pure joy🙏

We stayed at Kimpton Koh Samui from October 21 to 26, and it was once again an unforgettable experience. When we arrived, our room was beautifully prepared with chocolates, cakes, and a personal welcome letter. We stayed in an upgraded Ocean Front Pool Villa which included a personal host, Moss, who made our stay truly exceptional. Every morning he texted us to check if everything was okay and helped us with anything we needed. One day I wasn’t feeling well, and Moss personally came to our villa with a cup of tea he made himself, such a kind gesture that I’ll never forget. During our stay, there was a storm in Koh Samui and we couldn’t leave the villa. Even though our booking was non-refundable, Candy, the front office manager, kindly helped us and arranged a partial refund for the days we couldn’t stay. On our departure day, since we were leaving early in the morning, Moss thoughtfully prepared a special breakfast box for us to take on the way. We absolutely love this hotel, the staff, the service, and the atmosphere are on another level. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back again soon! 🌴✨

The Kimpton Kitalay is absolutely stunning . We were greeted by Sunny who was our personal concierge and she was amazing, no question was too much trouble and she was always there to advise when we required local knowledge . We stayed in an Ocean Pool Villa which although on the waterfront provided privacy with plants along the beach line . I have to say that the photos on the website do not do the villas justice it is far larger and more spacious than the photos show . The social hour from 5-6pm is a lovely touch with changing cocktails and canopes served everyday . The food at the hotel is also outstanding and all the staff super friendly and knowledgeable

The room were amazing and the staff were so friendly every time you walk by them they will greet you.I booked the 2 twin bedroom pool access and i love how they put a fan at the balcony and a bed outside the terrace it made me want to spend more time outside than inside.the entire experience was just amazing.its more to a family resort.

Absolutely amazing! One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. We stayed in a villa with a private pool and stunning sea view – pure perfection. Everything about the hotel is beautifully designed and thoughtfully maintained. A huge thank you to Moss, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. His kindness, professionalism, and constant attention made all the difference. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Koh Samui.
