⸻ Our stay at Kimpton Koh Samui was exceptional from start to finish. Every colleague we met was warm, helpful, and genuinely attentive, the kind of hospitality that makes you feel instantly at home. Breakfast each morning was a highlight: abundant, beautifully prepared, and consistently delicious. By our second day, the team was already anticipating our preferences, adding such a personal touch that made the experience even more memorable. We also dined at the hotel’s seafood restaurant, where the food was simply outstanding flavorful, creative, and thoughtfully presented. It was easily some of the best seafood we’ve enjoyed in Thailand. Although the weather wasn’t on our side, with rain, wind, and grey skies, the quality of the property more than made up for it. The atmosphere, design, and overall comfort made it a wonderful place to relax, regardless of the forecast. Kimpton Koh Samui truly impressed us, and we look forward to returning when the sun is shining though honestly, the team and the hotel are so good that we’d come back in any weather.

Every member of the staff contributed to this memorable experience: A special mention to Bella, who was absolutely fantastic with our daughter, the warm welcome at check-in set the perfect tone for the week, and the teams from Housekeeping, Breakfast, and the Pool were all outstanding. Pui at the spa was excellent. She worked out all the kinks in my back and neck and was super polite. Thanks, Pui, for the wonderful massage!
