Napasai, Koh Samui

From start to finish, a wonderful experience! Whilst the facilities are what you expect from a 5* it is the food but especially the staff that make this place. They seem genuinely engaged with you, not just nodding and smiling that they were told from a corporate HR course. All were great but special praise to Toy in the restaurant, the egg man at breakfast every morning and Alla the splendid guest relations manager. Both restaurants are great with the beach edging it 11-10 with great amuse-bouche from the Uruguay chef!

We had a truly wonderful stay and can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. A special mention to Alla, who was absolutely wonderful and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. From an architectural point of view, the property is exceptionally well designed. The vertical and horizontal separation of guests creates a real sense of privacy and calm—something we really appreciated and which elevated the entire experience. We stayed in an ocean view villa, which was lovely, beautifully positioned, and maintained to an impeccable standard. It felt private, serene, and very well cared for. The restaurants were another highlight—the food was beautiful, thoughtfully prepared, and a pleasure to experience in such a stunning setting, especially on the beach. Special shout out to Fon. The spa treatment was top notch, one of the best we’ve had, and added perfectly to the sense of relaxation and indulgence. Overall, this hotel strikes an impressive balance between thoughtful design, excellent service, and genuine comfort. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refined, relaxing stay.

Very nice resort .quiet and calm atmosphere. Rooms need upgrade and updating. The rooms are nice and spacious but outdated . The floors squeak too much when you walk on them. It's ok during the day but very noisy at night time when your husband or wife sleeping and you need to go to the bathroom. Generally the resort is very nice but feels very old. The staff are wonderful. ALLA the manager is lovely always walking around checking that everything is fine and everyone is happy. All the staff are lovely and very attentive and just happy to help. Food is very nice for dinner, but the breakfast needs to have more variety and better quality food which is what you expect from a 5 stars hotel. Generally it's a nice resort.

Best way to spend your time in the islands the resort is super perfect I would come back here each time I’m visiting, the stuff is amazing and we had the best welcoming and the best room view is stunning you will face the ocean view

The most perfect resort. All of the villas have all of the amenities you can think of, the staff even provided us with a golf buggy service to take us back to our room at the top of the resort. All staff so welcoming and friendly, so many free activities and lovely food! Really couldn’t fault it at all!!
