The Ritz-Carlton, Koh Samui

I cannot review the Ritz Carlton Koh Samui highly enough. It’s such a special place, a beautiful location with amazing facilities, the most beautiful pool and so many additional extras like the daily “appreciation hour”, fire shows, and night market! But what tops it all off is the customer service, and special thank you to Ms Lucky and Mr Tunn for making our trip so memorable and special. We will never forget it, and are already planning our next trip!!

First of all really sorry that I am writing this review after long but somehow was discussing the time we spent last year in August here. This resort is truly exceptional and it’s their people who really make it stand up. We were here to celebrate our daughter 8th birthday and as if entire resort was there to wish her wherever she went. The resort team organized her birthday at kids club as well at the seafood restaurant next to the beach. Rooms were spacious having everything top class letting you feel comfortable. Every team member touched our heart and made us feel really at home so thanking all of you from the bottom of our heart ❤️ We will definitely come back to relish the moments again 🙏

A trully luxurious experience. The view of the villa is divine. Can be a sanctuary of those who love sporituality and meditation. Great staff, phui from reception always made sure we are taken care off and mr. Tunn the guest relationship manager and his team go above and beyon to make sure we are taken care off

Chris the manager makes all the difference. He is amazing! We arrived at 9am, he provided an early checkin and a room upgrade. He was so kind to put my mom and I close together and went above and beyond every step of the way. Very grateful to have a manger like Chris here! Great facilities and amazing breakfast! We will be enjoying our stay and returning!

Lovely relaxing stay made extra special thanks to the wonderful people at the Ritz in Koh Samui. We were welcomed by Sunny who helped us most of our stay to organise activities, and transport. Sunny went out of his way to make our trip special and he was always so responsive. We also met Ping down at the pool who also checked in with us most days and made some suggestions on things we could do around the island. I recommend anyone staying here to dine at Pak Thai and The Ranch which are both restaurants on the property, both had amazing food and again amazing service! We can’t thank the Ritz and especially the wonderful people that make the holiday extra special, it truely made our trip and we can’t wait to come back and stay with you again soon. I hope to see Sunny and Ping the next time we are back :)
