W Koh Samui

We came for our honeymoon and absolutely loved our time here. From the service, our room, the amazing food and more. We cannot fault this place and we would come over and over again! A special shoutout to Ton for the photographer, it made our trip unforgettable.

Spent a week in a room high up overlooking the ocean. Firstly the staff is absolutely amazing with genuine warmth and commitment across the board. Room was nice, although in need of refurbishment. The main restaurant, the kitchen table, was five star. The evening meals especially were consistently outstanding. Only downside was the location is in the middle of nowhere with only one daily shuttle to Koh Samui shops in the afternoon. Special mention Nat in The kitchen table who was always ready to see you are happy with everything. Also cooks Milk and Don for their work. But as I said, this applies to everybody at the kitchen table. And finally, Minnie in reception who saw we had a problem with an outside excursion that did not turn up. She took control and spoke with the company and they eventually arrived one hour later. But really, so many deserve a mention from the golf cart drivers to housekeepers.

The hotel is beautiful, but it is the staff that makes this hotel soar. Everyone we encountered was genuinely welcoming and warm. Little personal touches throughout our stay made it extra special. I’m sorry I don’t remember all the employees names. Patrick and Pei are two that I do and they deserve praise. Just go. You will not be disappointed! We can’t wait to visit this little slice of heaven again.

Its was great host we had the tropical villa with private pool Every one of the workers were amazing and already know you preferences and name which really cool. The food is outstanding we ate from multiple restaurants and they were really great food The facilities is also amazing the beach is very calm and peaceful

From the moment we arrived at the W, the staff greeted us with genuine hospitality and instantly made it feel like we were returning guests who have stayed at the property multiple times (which after this experience we hope to do!) The attention to detail was nothing short of exceptional. From remembering coffee preferences in the morning to asking us about our excursions after returning back. Every detail was thoughtful and personalised. I would like to also give special recognition to Patrick & Mo from the FOH team. Coming with previous hospitality experience I can truly recognise and appreciate outstanding professionalism and genuine care. Patrick is definitely an invaluable asset to the W team and I wish him all the best. Mo went above and beyond to ensure my partner's 30th was unforgettably memorable. From arranging a surprise birthday cake to notifying off-property reservations that we were celebrating a special occasion. Every thoughtful gesture made us feel valued and cared for. She definitely has left a lasting impression on us and I hope our paths cross again soon. She is truly pursing excellence.
