The Kowloon Shangri-La is a beautiful hotel, but what truly sets it apart is the outstanding hospitality and attention to any request. Our room overlooked the beautiful Victoria Harbour. Perfectly located to stroll nearby streets full of shops or along the waterfront, and close to MTR. The breakfast buffet has everything you could ask for. Outstanding stay and we hope to be back again soon.

I don’t know where to start. I stayed in Shangri-la Kowloon for 3 days and very happy with service from when I open the door of my cab to the hotel. The service is phenomenal. All of the staff are the best and can’t wait to come back already. Thank you Felix, Roy and Charlie from FO/Concierge especially Michael and Oliver who helped me in my needs - umbrella and wheelchair. I didn’t know I can use your wheelchair outside before. Even the person who saw me going to the lounge he was so far away, and saw me going to my wheelchair. I had a major surgery and you all made my stay another memorable moments. You are the best in what you do! Keep it up! ❤️

We had a fantastic experience at Shangri-La Kowloon during our recent trip to Hong Kong - it was just a one night stay while we flew through Hong Kong but we will definitely be back. After booking, we were offered a discounted upgrade to the Horizon Suite, which we gladly accepted—and it was well worth it. The gifts for the kids (and chocolate for the parents) were wonderful and gave our kids something to do once we got there. The suite was spacious and beautifully appointed. The team even brought in a second bed for our son, which made the stay especially comfortable for our family. The Horizon Club Lounge was smaller than the one at Qiantan (this was our 4th Shangri-La stay as Circle Members), but the service was top-notch and the food was excellent. It was a peaceful place to relax and enjoy personalized attention from the staff. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary breakfast buffet, which was expansive and delicious—definitely a big bonus for a traveling family. The entire staff was kind, professional, and consistently went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our favorite part (besides the delicious food), was the special Shangri-La coins for the kids to use on the "claw" games in the buffet restaurant. The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant decor and a prime location just steps from the subway station, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. We truly enjoyed our stay and will absolutely return to Shangri-La Kowloon the next time we’re in Hong Kong. Highly recommended!

Kowloon Shangri-La’s Horizon Club is truly one of the finest hotel lounges among Hong Kong’s top-tier offerings. The service is consistently attentive and friendly, and the food and beverage selection is excellent—ranging from breakfast and afternoon bites to cocktails accompanied by a wide array of delicious nibbles. The panoramic view of Victoria Harbour is simply priceless. A special shout-out to the Horizon Club team for making our stay seamless and enjoyable: Hayden, Max, Buddy, Cattie, Janis, Jessica, Kit, Niki, Elisa, Wing, Hebe, and Tony. We’d also like to extend our thanks to Simon from the concierge team, who always greeted us with a warm smile and was impressively knowledgeable about everything we needed to know.
