fantastic hotel, great staff People that helped us & made the stay that much better were Amber Lee & Tony in the Executive Lounge, thank you very much for helping & looking after us, we forgot some electronics too & they sent them in one of their cars to the airport, shows the quality of the hotel !

Best family trip ever
Just would like to say Thank you so much for all the things you've done for us during our trip! We've never felt so at home in another part of the world! Every person in Horizon Club was so friendly to our 3 kids and 2 adults. So we are happy to return once again! P.S. a small thing like a photo anniversary card of our family will remind us about this wonderful time in Hong Kong!

If I can give a 6 stars, I will definitely do so. At least for their service. From concierge, to bell boy to receptionist to housekeeping, their service never failed to impress me. Initially was septical to celebrate my 3rd anniversary with shangri la as the last renovated was almost a decade ago but totally no regrets. Everything was super well maintained. I can’t find any flaws in the room at all. Super comfy bed mattress and linens which makes me don’t wanna wake up in the morning. Room size is big compared to hk hotels size in general. Water dispenser, charging cables and air purifier are in room. Most important is the hotel has more effort than my partner in celebrating our 3 years anniversary. From complimentary champagne, chocolates, room upgrade etc. Everything is so excellent that the only regrets is I hotel hop after 2 nights. Makes me worried if the following other 5 stars hotel we booked will be as good as shangri la Kowloon and I should have stay straight with them Thru out my trip. Sincerely appreciate the hotel effort and honestly really this stay makes my trip so much happier. Thank you so much, definitely recommended and see you guys again for my next trip.

We had the BEST time at the hotel. The service was top notch from check in go check out. Amber is the BEST! My daughter wants to rate you and the hotel 100 stars!!
