High Praise
Best location on the Kowloon side of Hong Kong. There is so much to see and do from this home base. Lovely hotel, large room, great staff, safe, convenient. I would stay here again, no question!

An excellent choice on Hong Kong! Didn’t want to leave
Excellent choice for a stay in Hong Kong- we stayed for 3 nights, and like a lot of people, seemed to be celebrating a wedding anniversary!!! The reviews overall are on point - it is a bit pricey but it is value for money. We booked a waterfront room - the view is spectacular. We cannot speak highly enough of the staff - Jimmy checked us in and was incredibly helpful. The staff are very professional and go that extra mile- the room was decorated, a beautiful hand written card by the team, bubbles, chocolates and a cake for 2! It’s right beside the MTR which is easy to navigate and leaves HK open for exploring and taxis are outside the door . The area is vibrant and it’s easy to access the promenade. The reason this hotel does not get 5 stars is probably minor - the beer selection isn’t good. I would stay here again without hesitation. It’s a great choice

Fantastic Experience and Treated Very Special
This was a fantastic hotel; rooms were very spacious and well laid out. Bathroom was beautiful and the view from the Harbour View room was amazing looking towards Hong Kong island. We were there to celebrate our 25th anniversary and the hotel staff did an unbelievable job making our stay memorable. We had ballons and cake in the room when we arrived and my wife was presented with a flower bouquet. When we went to the lounge in the evening, we had a special desert sent over to our table which was very special. Thank you so much to Shangri La Kowloon for making it a very memorable and enjoyable stay in Hong Kong. The location of the hotel is perfect, right beside the avenue of the stars and a short walk to the MTR station at Tsim Sha Tsui.

fantastic hotel, great staff People that helped us & made the stay that much better were Amber Lee & Tony in the Executive Lounge, thank you very much for helping & looking after us, we forgot some electronics too & they sent them in one of their cars to the airport, shows the quality of the hotel !

Best family trip ever
Just would like to say Thank you so much for all the things you've done for us during our trip! We've never felt so at home in another part of the world! Every person in Horizon Club was so friendly to our 3 kids and 2 adults. So we are happy to return once again! P.S. a small thing like a photo anniversary card of our family will remind us about this wonderful time in Hong Kong!
