Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong

I had the loveliest stay at the Shangri-La It was definitely the highlight of my trip. All the staff were a joy and the room was gorgeous. It felt like home. I look forward to returning soon

The location is very convenient, but the facility is a little bit old. I enjoyed my time at the horizon club, the staffs were very friendly, especially one guy named Tony. The cleanliness of the room was normal, I found a single hair on the table and a used coffee capsule in the corner of the floor. It was very noisy on the last day at night, because there was road construction going on just down the street outside my window. I think I will come back again.

From check-in to check-out, every team member was incredibly friendly. They always greeted us with a genuine smile, which made us feel welcome.

A hotel with good location (near to all main prime location and mrt station just in front the hotel), good view(if u get habour view), good n friendly and helpful staff ( from door men, conceirge, front desk, horizon club and housekeeping....well organized...any delay or issues they will inform you immediately and resolve the problem instantly....then room is spacious..make me feel homey n comfortable

Staying at the Kowloon Shangri-La has been life changing for my wife and me. This is not hyperbole. Typically, when going to a hotel you may ask questions about the location, rooms, and/or the amenities. This has now changed for me. From this point forward I will ask how the people are who operate the hotel. The staff at the Shangri-La have been amazing. I had the unfortunate experience of having a heart attack in the hotel. Clearly, we do not speak Chinese and the entire staff looked after my wife like family. They provided rides to and from the hospital each day. My wife was given extraordinary contact people to assist her throughout the days. She calls the people at the Kowloon Shangri-La her unexpected angles. Throughout life we all have these unexpected bumps in the road. The people at the Kowloon Shangri-La made this one memorable in how well we were treated. I cannot thank the staff enough and we are now forever indebted. Yes, the hotel has excellent rooms, exceptional amenities, wonderful restaurants, and a great location. However, it is the people of Kowloon Shangri-La who will make your stay unforgettable.
