First time staying in Shangri-la HK.
We had a wonderful short stay at Shangri-la. We had a great view from the room, it is a water view where you can see the sunset and the boats passing by. This hotel has a walking distance mall called K11, I think it was one of the best and nicest malls in Hong Kong. Overall, we had a great time.

Amazing day
Staying at the Kowloon Shangri-La was exceptional, profoundly enhanced by the outstanding care from Amber and Kammy. They were wonderfully sweet and attentive. We also enjoyed memorable moments at Cafe Kool. Specially thanks to Arvin, Chris, Brain and Victor Combined with spacious, spotless rooms boasting stunning harbour views, a diverse breakfast featuring a fun kids' zone with claw machines, and the exciting Summer Festival, it was a flawless family stay. The kids loved it so much they're already asking to return – thanks especially to Amber, Kammy, and the entire team for your exceptional service!

Horizon Club worth every penny at Shangri-La!
We had a great time at Kowloon Shangri-la. The room service is great and the staff members are very nice and helpful. Amber Lee at check-in made it a breeze and she even left a sweet note to welcome our family. They have amazing breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktail hour at the horizon club. Janis Ho at the horizon club even remembered us from last year! We would love to come back to this hotel.

Amazing Stay!
The Kowloon Shangri-La is a beautiful hotel, but what truly sets it apart is the outstanding hospitality and attention to any request. Our room overlooked the beautiful Victoria Harbour. Perfectly located to stroll nearby streets full of shops or along the waterfront, and close to MTR. The breakfast buffet has everything you could ask for. Outstanding stay and we hope to be back again soon.

I don’t know where to start. I stayed in Shangri-la Kowloon for 3 days and very happy with service from when I open the door of my cab to the hotel. The service is phenomenal. All of the staff are the best and can’t wait to come back already. Thank you Felix, Roy and Charlie from FO/Concierge especially Michael and Oliver who helped me in my needs - umbrella and wheelchair. I didn’t know I can use your wheelchair outside before. Even the person who saw me going to the lounge he was so far away, and saw me going to my wheelchair. I had a major surgery and you all made my stay another memorable moments. You are the best in what you do! Keep it up! ❤️
