A good option to stay in Kowloon
It is very convenient for me to travel Kowloon Shangri-la from speed rail station, just one stop from Austin. The hotel is just at P1 exit. A lot of restaurant to choose in 10 mintues walking. Also a short walking distance to Victoria Habour. Staffs are very friendly. They remember you and can even call your name.

Great place to stay
Great location for a Hong Kong visit and a very nice comfortable hotel with spectacular view of the harbour from room. Friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Amber Lee and reception staff deserve a special mention. The breakfast buffet is amazing.

Wow what a beautiful hotel ,very well situated on the promenade and next to the subway .beautiful room and great food and service at club lounge. Special thanks to Tony ,Janis and Elisa in the club lounge ,Tony on arrival and so courteous at check in and Janis and Elisa for serving us in the lounge. Thanks to Chloe Chin as well for responding so promptly and helpfully pre arrival.

Excellent service and the best harbour view hotel room
Kowloon Shangri-La Hotel met all my expectations from the Shangri-La Hotel brand. The hotel provided us 5-star service for airport pick-up, hotel check-in, 10-day vacation, and final departure to our cruise. During our stay, all hotel staff greeted us daily with pleasant smiles and warm wishes. The Horizontal lounge staff (all 12 of them) fed us excellent breakfast to start our daily city adventures and soothed us with evening drinks before our dinners around the city. The concierge team ensured us get to our destinations in the most efficient manners without getting lost. Kowloon Shangri-La gave us the most relaxing time before our Asia cruise. Thank you for a great Hong Kong memory.
