Sheraton Grand Krakow

I love rooftop bar and it's team - Paweł, Julia, Katrina, Karol! Great team, drinks great, service amazing. I am so amazed by this team they are making sure that I am comfortable and taken care of. Best experience ever. I will come back to rooftop for sure!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Grand Krakow on a recent visit to Poland. The hotel is lovely, with a fantastic breakfast offering in a restaurant and bar area that is very spacious and tastefully decorated. The Italian evening meal options in the hotel restaurant were superb as well. The bar on the top floor of the hotel was lovely and had a beautiful outlook to the river and parts of the old town and it was very enjoyable to have a drink there on the evening. The rooms at the hotel were very spacious, with a very comfortable bed and clean bathroom. My only slight reservation (and this is constructive feedback for the hotel) is our bedrooms were cleaned and maintained at around 5pm each night and this was when we had returned from a long day of sightseeing. We would've preferred to have the rooms cleaned earlier to enjoy that comfort in the evening on our return to the hotel. The gym and pool facilities are excellent, both being modern and very well maintained. Finally, our highlight from this hotel would have to be how kind and welcoming the staff are. In particular, Maria and Szymon from the downstairs bar area made us feel so comfortable and it was lovely to chat with them after our days out. Both are such friendly people and are a real credit to Sheraton Hotel and we wish them all the best for the future. They were absolutely bostin'! Would highly recommend a stay here.

We are a family with 3yo and 7yo girls. Our experience at Sheraton Grand Krakow was very pleasant. check-in process was friendly and welcoming. Samy greeted us with smiles and even gifted us a bottle of polish vodka upon check in ( as Platinum member) Sheraton team responded to our feedback very quickly. We had a minor concern during our stay, and within moments of bringing it to their attention, Konrad addressed it promptly and efficiently and this is truly professional and made us love Bonvoy brand more! To top it all off, my husband left his iPad at the Italian restaurant late at an evening, Maria found it and kept it safe in the front desk for us. Such wonderful gesture makes a big difference! We also requested housekeeping at a late hour as I was feeling unwell and resting in the room during the day and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us without any hassle.

I really liked the hotel. Professional and attentive staff. Exquisite food in the restaurant. I would like to thank them for taking into account the wishes regarding the settlement.

Our stay at Sheraton Grand Krakow was excellent in all aspects. The room was comfortable with a comfortable bed and was cleaned regularly cleaned. The towels were changed every day and free water was provided in the room. When we arrived there was a welcome box of tasty cakes. The breakfast was excellent every day with a wide selection to suit every taste.Breakfast consisted of a wide selection of cereals and porridge, fresh fruit, fresh juices , omelettes and eggs made to order , breads , pastries and muffins etc. The reception staff and waiting staff in Anima restaurant were pleasant, friendly and helpful The rooftop restaurant has stunning views over ther river and the food there was excellent and reasonably priced. The location of the hotel is very convenient and overlooks the Vistula river. It is easy access to the castle , river cruises and a very pleasant river walk. It is easy to get to Main Market Square - about 10 minute walk through tree lined paths. Outside the hotel you can pick up a buggy tour of main areas of Krakow if desired or if walking is difficult. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Krakow and would recommend this hotel100%.
