this was the worst Mandarin Oriental experience I have ever had! I have been served a burnt pizza by room service, still didn’t get the refund?! One morning I couldn’t sleep due to phone calls (again from room service) etc etc. Will never stay again!

It is in a very good location and is near the Twin Tower and shopping malls. The room where I stayed was really clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The service was excellent. The hotel serves very good breakfast with a lot of options to choose from. The food in the few restaurants in the hotel is very good also.

Our stay was fantastic, Daniel and his team made it perfect. We celebrated our anniversary and they organized everything. The hotel is amazing right next to the petronas towers, we had change rooms but the team and Daniel were very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was rich. Thank you Daniel and the team for this wonderful experience

Best hotel experience. Malaysian Hospitality at its finest. Superb staff. Excellence is probably their motto. The food was also great. They even clean your room twice a day. And they give out welcome drinks and the concierge via Whatsapp is very convenient.
