You lost me at check out. I waited 20 minutes while others skipped the line. For a 5 star hotel, I did not get 5 star service.

Strategic location, wonderful building design, enthusiastic and helpful staff! Keep it up !! Will definitely be back.

I had a wonderful dinner experience at Cacao Bar. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Fazly, Heather, and Esca for their outstanding service throughout the evening. They were attentive, polite, and consistently made sure that everything was perfect at our table. Their warm hospitality and professionalism truly elevated the entire dining experience. Thank you to the team for creating such a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. I genuinely enjoyed my time here, and I look forward to returning again. Highly recommended!

My concierge contacted the hotel in advance, informing them that we were celebrating a special occasion and that it was important for us to receive the specific room type we liked. They assured us everything would be arranged, but when we arrived, we were given the most basic room. I had to call four times and wait nearly 50 minutes for someone to come. No one even apologized for the situation or for the time I had to waste. There were no congratulations at check-in, nor from any of the numerous staff members we interacted with. This is the level of a three-star hotel, and it has nothing to do with the Park Hyatt standard found in other countries. The room service and breakfast were disappointing as well. We ordered burgers to the room, and both the patty and the fries were overcooked. I honestly don’t understand how it’s possible to make even something as simple as French fries taste bad. At breakfast we ordered the Egg Royal, and instead of a soft, runny yolk, it came out completely firm. Additionally, the bathtub and sink in our room was broken and the water wouldn’t drain at all. This place has tremendous potential — the views and the overall concept are excellent. However, the current team at the hotel (with the exception of the spa staff) is not able to deliver, and it significantly undermines the impression of the property and of the brand as a whole.

As a Globalist, I truly felt valued and greatly appreciated being upgraded to a room with the best view of the Twin Towers and KL Tower. The welcome amenities, birthday cake, and thoughtful birthday wish on the wardrobe mirror were incredibly kind and memorable. Every amenity in the room was in perfect working order, making my stay exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was excellent—the staff were attentive and offered wonderful recommendations for food and drinks. The breakfast spread itself was top-notch. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and I especially loved the convenience of parking validation. Overall, it was a delightful and memorable experience. Keep up the fantastic work!
