New Hotel but Ageing Hardware
it is a wonderful experience to stay on the 104 floor, seeing clouds outside my room. The design of the room is very elegant and atas but closer look already show wear and tear when the hotel is barely one year old. i love the swimming pool and spa area on the 99th floor, it is wonderful to swim with the clouds. Breakfast food was delicious and plentiful, some staff give exceptional service while another just doesn't seem to care. the hotel need to work with Merdeka MRT station to have direction signage to the hotel. i like the underground carpark had a linkway to the local tourist area, so it doesn't feel so remote. i guess once the mall is ready, the place will get more lively.

While there was room to improve on service delivery, the staffs did their level best to attend to our needs. Shout out to guest services Haszlina, Sonia from F&B team and another gentle starting with “H” who was attentive during our Christmas Eve Dinner Buffet. They were exemplary on how they engaged the customers.

A Serene Escape Above the City
I recently enjoyed a luxury getaway at the Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, and it was a truly elevated experience. The Highlights: Magnificent Views: Staying on the high floors is an absolute must. Waking up to the sunrise over the city skyline was the highlight of my stay—the floor-to-ceiling views are breathtaking and easily some of the best in the city. The Service: The staff were professional, attentive, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They truly uphold the high standards you’d expect from a luxury brand. Cleanliness: My room was immaculate and well-maintained, providing a perfect, serene sanctuary above the hustle and bustle of KL. Room for Improvement: While the breakfast was good, I found the selection a bit standard for a hotel of this caliber. I would love to see more variety and a wider range of international or local options added to the menu to truly match the 'luxury' feel of the rest of the hotel. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. If you’re looking for a sophisticated escape with stunning views, this is the place to be. I look forward to returning!

Good hotel for stay
If you stay here, you must carve out a morning for the pool. The 'Sky Sanctuary' vibe is real—the natural light and minimalist design make it incredibly peaceful. The vitality pool and the high-end amenities in the changing rooms show their commitment to detail. After a swim, the Himalayan Salt Sauna was the perfect way to detox while still enjoying those panoramic skyline views. It is easily the most impressive hotel pool floor in Southeast Asia.
