Skyscraper - City View Lights Below
Located heart of the city, waking distant to the Petaling Street Market. The atmosphere of the services and the facility is great however the lobby's Interior design is far lower than expectation, the lobby design does not gave a stunning view or 5 star hotel whenever i step in the lobby. The room clean, no odor and the towel is thick and large. There is a fridge but not all drink/snacks are free. The greatest highlight is the exceptional city night view as it is the tallest hotel in KL, the view is an unobstructed, wide-reaching. Also, their swimming pool and the jacuzzi also a attraction point that you must get a try on it. The breakfast quality is good but you will get bored easily as their ala-carte menu is more slim and not remarkable. The rates at this hotel are premium.

Excellent Service!
We had a dinner at the Park Lounge for a party of 14 recently and the service provided by our main waiter, Daniel was Par Excellence! He and another young Chinese waiter attended to our every request (we had more than a few of them!) with a smile. Such a high level of service is very rare in the hospitality sector these days and theirs was absolutely impeccable!!

Park Hyatt KL: Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service
The views from the tallest tower in Malaysia are just spectacular — it was our first time being higher than the Twin Towers, and the experience was unforgettable. The rooms are excellent — we love the ambience, the beds are perfect, and the shower pressure is very good. The food was surprisingly delicious, and we especially enjoyed the breakfast. The staff were attentive to my requests, and their service truly stood out. I hope the hotel will consider offering more kids’ activities in the future, as this would greatly enhance the family experience. Additionally, having an in-room movie selection would be a wonderful option.
