No more luxury services and feeling anymore
The whole management becomes passive and slack. Front desk is not good enough, the bedsheets is not clean. But I like the chief from Italy.

Clean & Comfortable
Overall, this hotel provided us with a comfortable and clean experience for our first visit to Kyoto. Unlike other reviewers, I found the location to be ideal. It is tucked into a quieter section of the city nearby several shrines and temples. The entire team was welcoming and attentive. The restaurant choices were plentiful and Touzan was lovely for dinner with a prime view of the garden. While I appreciated the decor choices, the upper floor hallways and rooms felt a little dated. A minor refresh of carpets and furniture would make this a five star stay.

Recommended Stay at Hyatt Regency Kyoto
We had a terrific stay at Hyatt Regency Kyoto. The location was terrific, the rooms were well appointed, and the food was terrific. I recommend the breakfast at Cafe 33, and the pizza and pasta at Trattoria Sette were delicious. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Thank you!
