Perfect place to stay in Kyoto
Overall very good experience, to start with free taxi service from Kyoto Station to hotel, staffs were attentive and helpful, upgrade our stay the next day when available as I am a globalist. Good spread of breakfast, serving japanese and western. You may even choose a breakfast course from their menu. Bus station is just 200 m away, making travel Kyoto a breeze. Highly recommended.

Exceptional customer service
Everything perfect as you would expect from a top class hotel in Japan. What made this hotel stand out from all the others is the outstanding customer service. One person in particular is truly exceptional. His name is Dennis and he works in customer service department. Extremely helpful at all times and goes out of his way to make sure you are happy with the hotel . A true professional who could teach staff back in UK how to treat guests

Kyoto with family
Great hotel for our stay in Kyoto. Staff were helpful and friendly and the bus stops were really close to the hotel, so you could ride to where you wanted to go pretty easily. Would definitely stay here again.

Soul nourishing week stay at Hyatt Regency Kyoto
Had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Kyoto. The team catered to my every need and question! The breakfast was 10/10 top notch and the spa acupuncture was fantastic.

Relaxing stay. I’d come back.
Great location to experience Kyoto while avoiding the busy commercial areas. Professional and friendly staff. We enjoyed the complimentary geisha performance and sauna facility.
