The beds are super comfy, the property is absolutely stunning and the service staff were awesome! Kevin, the bartender, went above and beyond for us! We also loved all the restaurants around the property. Would love to come back and stay again. One kind of annoying thing is that the walk to the room is quite long and they don’t have a bellhop deliver the bags. They then lock doors at checkout time on the dot and if you’re even a few minutes after, you can get locked out in between buildings to get to checkout! For such a nice, amazing place, we found this…odd. 😂

Came here for a staycation for Mother’s Day! We lived the property, and the service, especially from Denise at the poolside bar. She was so sweet and so attentive. Thank you Denise! If you’re here while she’s here you are definitely Iook for her!

It is truly rare that a hotel stay is perfect. However, our weekend at Estancia was perfect in every way. A beautiful, spotless room with comfortable, updated furnishings, plenty of space and a generous welcome fruit and cheese platter complete with champagne and a hand written birthday card. The room had a balcony overlooking the beautiful central courtyard. The property is gorgeous and sprawling with something special around very corner. Service is IMPECCABLE. The valets, the front desk, baristas, housekeeping, late night lobby bartender, pool servers and more, not one employee let us down. Every single worker we encountered was friendly, professional and made a genuine effort to make us feel welcome and looked after. We never waited for than minutes for anything — coffee, car, drinks, room service, roll away bed — and someone was always checking to see if we were being taken care of or if we needed anything. This kind of cheerful yet not overbearing service is sadly a rarity I have found, even at 5-star resorts. And all of this on a weekend in which they were hosting multiple events in which we were not taking part. The Estancia exceeded my expectations in every way. They should be very proud of their exceptional staff. We look forwards to our next stay!

Amazing service.. wonderful food and drink options. We loved the signature recipes and options at the restaurant and bar areas. Service standards are above and beyond and special thanks to the following staff who made our stay wonderful: Hannah lobby bar, Mike at Mustangs, Razan hostess, Karina server, Sofia front desk.
