Especially good experience in service we made with the Enclave PoolBar Family (Ignancia, Emilia, Yessenia, Carmen) and with Carlos Francisco in the Buffet restaurant. But in general all are very friendly especially with kids. We could changed our room because of noises from the birds and a shower door which was not closing properly. It could be offered more different food in the buffet restaurant. All in one we really enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing time in La Romana Hilton . Very friendly people . Great pools and beautiful beach . Our butler Febles was magnificent. He made our experience so enjoyable and stress free while we vacationed with our 3 yo son . This guy deserves a raise !!! Thank you for all the great memories !!!

We had a fabulous time at Enclave Adult Bar. Our night was not complete without a stop here for a nightcap. Diana Valencia and Reina Rosario remembered what we ordered and made the best drinks! Try the chocolate martini and the Frangelica with Champagne.

This resort absolutely deserves 5 stars! We had the most incredible family holiday here. The animation team was fantastic. They were so energetic and friendly, it really made a difference. The food and drinks were another highlight. There are 11 restaurants to choose from, all with delicious options, and the bars were always stocked with top-shelf drinks. We never had a bad meal, and the service was excellent. But the true star of the show is the beach. The sand is soft and white, the water is crystal clear, and there's plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun. We spent hours swimming, building sandcastles, and just enjoying the beautiful scenery. Overall, we can't recommend the Hilton La Romana Family Resort highly enough. It's the perfect place for a fun-filled family vacation with amazing food, drinks, and entertainment - all right on a beautiful beach! I have been to many Caribbean all-inclusive resorts and this place went above and beyond my expectations. The Hilton La Romana was one of the cleanest resorts I have ever been to; rooms, common areas, beach, pool ... everywhere was always spotless! The food was great (absolutely no food issues while we were there) and the variety of restaurants and the overall selection was unexpectedly welcome. The staff are extremely friendly, and any concerns and questions are addressed immediately and always with a smile. A very special mention must go to Marcia (Enclave area supervisor) and her staff for going above and beyond to make the vacation special! I have no hesitation to recommend this place to anyone. I will be back!!!
