So, where do I start! Easily the best holiday experience I have ever had. From being greeted at reception with a buggy to take us to our room for an in room check in, to the unwavering daily help from Bich re restaurant bookings, tours and everything in between. Really can’t fault this paradise of a resort, the attention to detail of the staff and the smiles that greet you everyday; it genuinely is magical. Can certainly recommend the cocktail making class by Thien. Well presented, informative and a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The Spa and treatments are exceptional and delivered in the most wonderful surroundings. If you wish to relax and forget about the grind of life, this is a place that delivers on every level. Truly exceptional on every level. We will be back

We returned to Banyan Tree Lang Co for our 5th stay in June and the experience just keeps getting better every stay. We booked a beach villa which included an airport transfer and we were contacted well in advance about arranging timing. We were already staying at a hotel in Danang and the hotel was happy to collect us there rather than the airport. Our previous villa host Bich contacted us a few days prior to arrival to check our arrangements, which was brilliant. When we arrived the front office team were waiting for us along with our previous hosts Bich, Win and the hotel manager, Dao. One of the best things about the Banyan Tree is how the staff remember you from previous stays. Bich was our host again this stay and took us to beach villa 111 for our check in. She was brilliant in making sure we had everything we needed and it was great to be able to catch up following our previous stays where Bich has been our hosts 3 times. She is a credit to the Banyan Tree Lang Co. The villa had a perfect sea view and had been updated since our last stay. The room is very comfortable in every way, and the bed is one of the best hotel beds we’ve stayed in around the world. The housekeeping team were brilliant, with turndowns in the evenings and extra towels provided when needed. You have complete privacy in the villa and the pool is perfect to cool off from the Vietnamese summer heat! We did have one small issue which maintained were able to fix within 15 minutes of asking. Whilst we stayed, we had 3 occasions to celebrate and the hotel was fantastic in helping us to mark the occasion. We were provided with fruit platters and cakes to celebrate each time. The facilities at the Banyan Tree and Angsana hotel next door are fantastic. The gym was modern and well equipped, and I never experienced more than 1 other person using the equipment when I was there. The golf course was under maintenance during our stay which wasn’t an issue and we were offered use of the driving range. We didn’t want to leave the resort this stay, but excursions and taxis are available. We have previously taken the hotels Vietnamese language course and did this again to learn more, which is a really fun and easy lesson to follow. The staff really appreciate when you say anything to them in Vietnamese and it’s fun to try out what you learnt in the class. We had a couples massage at the spa, which was so relaxing. Chi and Vicky were very helpful in booking the right type of massage and they remembered us from last time! The hotel has multiple restaurants so all options are available for any appetite. We particularly enjoyed Azura and Rice Bowl for their variety of dishes. The staff at all restaurants were great and special mention goes to Huong and My at Azura who remembered us from our other stays - and they even gave us a leaving gift which was so kind! Breakfast at the Watercourt restaurant is fantastic and somehow they had even more available compared to last year, which we didn’t think was possible! All options were offered, with hot and cold food, juices and Champagne. They also serve local Vietnamese specialities to try. Again the staff remembered us from our previous stays and in particular Shi was brilliant in letting us practice our Vietnamese each morning. Chào buổi sáng! All staff at the Banyan Tree are fantastic, and whilst we have received great service at other Banyan Tree branded hotels in Asia, Lang Co is a step above! All staff seem genuinely happy to help you and make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. The Villa hosts meet you at breakfast each day to make sure you have any bookings for activities or restaurants if needed. We had Bich, Man and Jenny as our hosts at different points during our stay and they were all very helpful. Our hosts from stays in 2018 and 2021, Ngan and Win, are both now managers and again came to meet with us on multiple occasions to see how we were. Dao was also lovely in meeting us at breakfast to say hello. If you are looking for a relaxing private hotel in central Vietnam, the Banyan Tree Lang Co is the best option available. The villas are fantastic, the food options are extensive and the resorts facilities are suitable for all types of stay. To top it off the staff are amazing and make your stay go from being a nice time away, to being a luxury stay where nothing is too much to ask. Without a doubt we will be back again in future and look forward to another stay. hẹn gặp lại!

First of all, in terms of service, we were treated like royalty, and every request we had was fulfilled. The food was of high quality and tailored to our special diet and my 4-year-old son's allergies. There was an enormous selection and high quality. The pools and villas were clean, beautiful, luxurious, and had a magical and relaxing atmosphere. There is a large kids' club and plenty of activities for children and adults. We stayed for 8 days, and we want to come back next month! I want to thank the wonderful staff who took care of us like family; the general manager, Ms. Dao, who always greeted us and interacted with us on a personal level, and the amazing hosts, Daniel and Gide, who took care of every little detail at the highest level. A special thank you to Rento and the entire team who prepared special dishes for my son, who has a dairy allergy. We won’t forget you and that warmth! We had a truly wonderful stay — made extra special by the exceptional service from the team. A special thank you to Mi, our villa host, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She remembered every detail of our itinerary (and even arranged a foot bath knowing that we had a long day touring around) and was always on hand whenever we needed assistance — her thoughtfulness really made us feel at home. Restaurants were another highlight. Thuy at the Water Court, who took such good care of us. She not only was very patient in giving recommendations and even remembered my mother’s dietary preferences two days later. The breakfast place offered a great selection of dishes, and everyone — from the chefs to the service team — was warm, proactive, and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience and I’d definitely come back again next time when I visit Danang.

The most amazing resort we have ever visited! Be prepared to get pampered. From the welcoming ms. Mi who made sure our stay was 100% , not less. She is a villa host you would want to have in every vacation. A Birthday celebration who turned out to be the best ever. The food, the villa, the staff, the driver Mr. Luc , who stopped during driving to make sure we see more and more and take the right photos. And the food- wow. Ms. Nhe was our chef on a private cooking class on the canal - don’t miss that. What an amazing chef she is, and what a special location to do that while cooking. We will be back!!
