Banyan Tree Lanco is the best hotel. They provided me with the best service, and all the staff made an unforgettable trip with bright smiles. I would like to say thank you to the Buggy Car employees and restaurant employees who always greet me with a bright smile. Especially Chloe, the manager in charge of our room! 9/20から2泊、ラグーンプールヴィラ に泊まりました🌿 ハネムーンと事前に伝えていたら、ベッドデコレーションや手書きのお手紙、ケーキまで用意してくださって感激！！ チェックインはヴィラで、Tran Miさんがホテル玄関からヴィラのなかまで丁寧に案内してくれました✨ お部屋は広くてプライベート感たっぷり！蓮の花が咲くラグーンを眺めながら、専用プールでのんびりできて最高でした🌺 🍽️朝食もとっても充実！ フエの名物料理がたくさん並んでました。 特にフルーツがすごくて、ドラゴンフルーツ、ジャックフルーツはもちろん、甘〜いマンゴーまであり、毎朝楽しみでした！ 🚗観光もホテルの送迎シャトルが便利！ フエへは1人10ドル、ホイアンへは1人15ドルで往復できて、安心＆快適に観光できました✨ ちなみにダナン空港からはホテルまで無料送迎があります！ そしてサプライズ！ 2日目、ホイアンから戻ったらフットバスが用意されてました！！ さらに初日の写真を手作りのフォトフレームに入れてプレゼントしてくださいました！！ 本当に心に残るおもてなしで感動しました😭💖 総じて、バンヤンツリー・ランコーのホスピタリティは最高でした！！ スタッフの皆さんは総じてとてもフレンドリーで、温かく迎えてくださいました😊💕 チェックインから最後のサプライズまで、すべてがハネムーンを特別な思い出にしてくれました。 また絶対に戻ってきたいです〜！💖✨ 🇻🇳 Hẹn gặp lại, Việt Nam! 🐢🌸✨ 最後に、この滞在をさらに素敵にしてくださった Tran Miさん、本当にありがとうございました🙏✨ Special thanks to Ms. Tran Mi for making our stay unforgettable! 💖 And to all the staff for being so warm and friendly🌺

In one word… Paradise ❤️
The Banyan Tree Langco was paradise in a resort. From the minute you arrive you are made to feel so welcomed and special. Our villa host Jade was so friendly and helpful and made us feel that we could ask her anything and stayed in touch daily to ask if we needed anything. As it was our wedding anniversary whilst we staying there, the staff and Jade decorated our room and we received various treats. We looked forward to going back to our villa every night to see what little treats and presents were left for us. Such a lovely touch. We could completely switch off because everything from transport buggies, excursions and restaurant reservations were taken care of for us. The restaurants were fantastic as well as every member of staff we came into contact with. The Villa was stunning and beautifully cleaned everyday. We were so sad to leave but will be visiting Banyan Tree resorts again very soon. Could not ask for a better holiday. Thank you Banyan Tree Langco xx
