Had an exceptional stay at Banyan Tree Lang Co. The staff were truly outstanding, with Jade and Man going above and beyond to make our visit especially memorable. Mya and Kieu at the breakfast restaurant also provided warm and attentive service each morning. The rooms are beautifully appointed, the setting is stunning, and the range of on-site activities adds to the overall experience. A thoroughly enjoyable stay—highly recommended.

Banyan Tree Vietnam – A Truly Memorable Stay We stayed at the Banyan Tree in Vietnam for five nights, and from the very beginning, the experience felt special. A particularly thoughtful touch was how my friend’s birthday was acknowledged on several occasions throughout our stay. Each gesture was incredibly sweet and genuinely appreciated, setting the tone for the level of care we experienced. The staff were exceptionally friendly and warm. While not everyone was fully fluent in English, their kindness and genuine hospitality more than made up for any small imperfections. It was very clear that the team truly enjoys working there — something that reflected in every interaction. Our room, designed in traditional Thai style, was both spacious and beautifully appointed. All amenities were consistently replenished, and everything felt well cared for. The private pool and jacuzzi were spotless, and the entire outdoor area was so inviting that we found ourselves spending most of our time outside, despite the heat. Communication was effortless — any request sent via WhatsApp was answered almost immediately, which made the stay feel seamless and well managed. The food exceeded expectations throughout. The quality, freshness, and generous portions were consistently impressive. The breakfast buffet was absolutely fabulous, and dinner at Saffron was a true highlight — every meal there was a delight. The resort itself felt wonderfully quiet and remote, allowing us to fully switch off and relax. The long beach was clean, peaceful, and often completely empty — walking along it at sunset, almost entirely alone, was a particularly special experience. We also enjoyed several massages during our stay, all of which were of excellent quality and added to the sense of relaxation. Overall, the resort created a feeling of being completely at home and at ease. The grounds were stunning — beautifully maintained, with flowers and blossoms everywhere you looked. What truly stood out were the many thoughtful gestures throughout our stay: fresh fruit in the room, cookies, little evening surprises, and even a farewell fruit offering at breakfast. These details made us feel genuinely valued and appreciated. All in all, this was a fabulous holiday and a hotel that delivered on every level.

We just stayed here 6 nights (family of 5) in one of the ocean view suites. This place is just incredible. The suite is large and beautifully decorated. The suites all have private infinity pools and hot tub. The view out is stunning. The staff also looked after us so well, and kept surprising us with little touches like snacks and a birthday surprise for my daughter. There are many restaurants to choose from, as well as in-room dining and the quality of the food is excellent throughout. We enjoyed it so much some of us might have cried a little when we had to leave, it was that good.

This Thai restaurant offers a delightful dining experience with authentic flavors and fresh ingredients. The dishes are well-balanced, especially the spicy curries and fragrant stir-fries. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and attentive. A great spot for anyone craving genuine Thai cuisine.
