Our stay at Banyan Tree was truly exceptional from start to finish. A special thank you goes to Jennie, our personal assistant throughout the stay. She handled everything seamlessly—from our check-in arrangements to booking boat rides, buggy transfers, and dinner reservations. Jennie was always responsive, efficient, and attentive, ensuring that every request was taken care of promptly and professionally. Her warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The service standards across all the restaurants we visited were consistently excellent. Every team member was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely focused on delivering a memorable dining experience. We also enjoyed in-room dining, and both the food quality and service exceeded our expectations. Our Sea View Villa was luxurious, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Waking up to the stunning ocean views each day was a highlight of the trip. The resort itself is beautifully landscaped, meticulously maintained, and blends perfectly with the natural surroundings. The beach was simply spectacular—pristine, peaceful, and ideal for relaxation. If there was one minor area for improvement, it would be the villa key entry system. The resort uses a traditional Vietnamese-style lock and key, which adds a touch of local character, but it did take some getting used to and could be a little cumbersome when entering and leaving the villa. That small point aside, Banyan Tree delivered the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. We left feeling refreshed and well cared for, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you to Jennie and the entire Banyan Tree team for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be back again.

Our stay at Banyan Tree Lang Co was exceptional from start to finish. The resort itself is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful scenery with breathtaking views that make it the perfect place to relax and unwind. What really stood out was the service. The staff were genuinely honest, attentive, and always willing to help with a warm smile. Every interaction felt personal and sincere, and they consistently went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The villas and facilities were excellent, offering a luxurious experience while still feeling peaceful and welcoming. Considering the level of service, the quality of the accommodations, and the incredible setting, we felt it offered great value for such a high-end resort experience. Ms. Nho Le, the chef at one of the restaurant resort, surprised me on my first day by personally delivering special delicacies to us. I told her I really miss Vietnamese food and she kept bringing special offerings. We had great conversations. We would highly recommend Banyan Tree Lang Co to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway with outstanding hospitality. I’ve been here twice, and both times the place keeps me wanting to come back.
