Our stay at Banyan Tree Lang Co was exceptional from start to finish. The resort itself is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful scenery with breathtaking views that make it the perfect place to relax and unwind. What really stood out was the service. The staff were genuinely honest, attentive, and always willing to help with a warm smile. Every interaction felt personal and sincere, and they consistently went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The villas and facilities were excellent, offering a luxurious experience while still feeling peaceful and welcoming. Considering the level of service, the quality of the accommodations, and the incredible setting, we felt it offered great value for such a high-end resort experience. Ms. Nho Le, the chef at one of the restaurant resort, surprised me on my first day by personally delivering special delicacies to us. I told her I really miss Vietnamese food and she kept bringing special offerings. We had great conversations. We would highly recommend Banyan Tree Lang Co to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway with outstanding hospitality. I’ve been here twice, and both times the place keeps me wanting to come back. So far, Banyan Tree Lang Co is the best resort I have ever visited. The entire experience was truly memorable. All the staff were super friendly, helpful, and sincere. Everywhere I walked around the resort, I was greeted with warm smiles, which made the atmosphere feel very welcoming and relaxing. One of the highlights of our stay was the Vietnamese cooking class. It was amazing and very enjoyable. Special thanks to Chef Ms. Ngo Le, who made the experience even more memorable. Her explanations were very clear and easy to understand, even for beginners, and the food we cooked tasted fantastic. If anyone is planning to try the Vietnamese cooking class at Banyan Tree Lang Co, I highly recommend asking for Ms. Ngo Le. She is wonderful.

Wow! Exceeded our expectations on all levels … the incredible service by every staff member we encountered, they genuinely want to make your holiday unforgettable and indeed this one will be for us. From the friendly buggy drivers to the wait staff and the chefs to the top level of management, they know how to make you feel special, as if you’re the only guests at the resort. Special shout out to Jennie, our wonderful personal concierge, Mya, My & chef Nho who made our breakfast so special each and every morning. Dieu in the water court restaurant for her beautiful service and smile, Nguyen who made our ATV safari so much fun and took some great video and pics for us, and Hung our wonderful buggy driver and photographer, taken a gorgeous pic for us that our concierge has personally framed for us as a parting gift, we love you Jennie 💕 We have travelled the world and stayed in many five star hotels and resorts, we can say without hesitation this is one of the very best.
