Having stayed at numerous Fourseans I can truly say that at this resort the level of care from the General manager and all his staff is at the highest level. They all worked so hard to ensure me and my family are always happy.

We just had our honeymoon at the Four Seasons. It was truly a magical experience , not just the hotel and surroundings but all the lovely people that work at the resort. They really couldn’t do enough for you , always smiling and making you feel so welcome. The beach is stunning along with the pool areas. Food was great and always happy to recommend proud dishes. I would highly recommend low season which is May onwards. The weather is absolutely fine , with some rain but cools everything down. Each day was blissfully sunny for large parts of the day. It’s also quiet and peaceful around the resort, making it even more of a paradise and a pleasure to enjoy the wildlife. There are so many lovely hotel members we meet , Nina , Jon , Ray, Deana & Albert. So many more to mention as everyone was just lovely. Always two steps ahead of you to ensure you have the best time and don’t want for anything. I was a little poorly on arrival and the level of care they gave me was truly appreciated and outstanding. Thank you to all for making our honeymoon just perfect.

And let's not forget the delightful surprise of dusky leaf monkeys, adding an extra layer of magic as they playfully swing from tree to tree within the resort. A magical honeymoon was spent at this property at the end of a month long trip around Malaysia. From arrival to departure, the staff couldn’t do enough for you. The beach villa was a financial splurge for us but we were not disappointed, it is probably the most impressive room (ie house!) we’ve ever stayed in, with vast amounts of space. The room service was really good here and we enjoyed eating on the veranda. The pool in our garden was shaded which meant we didn’t really use it much and went to the main adults only pool most of the time, which felt like a shame. Others have commented that a renovation is due on this hotel and I don’t disagree, the main pool is a bit gross in a few spaces. The spa facilities were excellent and we enjoyed the gym too. Restaurants were all very pleasant. If you booked a cheaper room here the value is incredible, if you splurge on a villa you might scrutinise further but all in all it’s a beautiful property with amazing beach and we loved it.

From the moment we arrived to when we left the staff at the four seasons made it seem like a family run boutique hotel, you would never think it was a global chain !
