Rest and enjoyment
Beautiful rooms, most comfortable beds and outstanding housekeepers. Also, there’s a great selection of restaurants, my personal favorite is Lago by Julian Serrano. And every morning I have breakfast at Sadelles.

Poor staff experience
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent interaction regarding my reservation. Despite having proof of my original booking, I was asked to pay extra due to an error that was not mine. This is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the attitude of the staff was extremely poor, lacking basic courtesy and professionalism. What was particularly troubling was that a guest representative implied that if I gave her a tip, she might be able to “help” me. This kind of behavior is not only unethical, but also borders on extortion.

Tired, Crowded Hotel
Tired hotel in need of a refresh. Crowded with no organization to manage the number of people. Not worth the price. Had fountain view that was not worth it given how infrequently you are in the room when it is on.
