Don’t stay
Poor Communication Cost Us Money – Disappointing Experience We booked a stay at Trump International Hotel to relax before our flight. When I came to the front desk to ask about checkout at 11 AM, the receptionist told me, without any hesitation, that we had to leave immediately and late checkout was not available. Because of this, we rushed to pack everything up and paid for another hotel just to have a few extra hours to rest before going to the airport. Only after we had already checked out and made other arrangements did the manager step in and say we actually could have stayed longer with a late checkout option. This kind of poor communication and lack of coordination between staff is completely unacceptable at a property that markets itself as a luxury hotel. It cost us additional time, stress, and money. For the rates charged, I expected professional service and clear information. Instead, this experience was frustrating and needlessly expensive. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you value reliability and basic hospitality.

Not the Vegas I remember 25 years ago. Stayed at 2 MGM properties this trip and both were average. Bellaigo better than Mandalay. Room was nice and it was clean but its the little things. No turndown service, no bathroom amenities other than shampoo and soap. That stuff is all standard in a Wynn property room. Mayfair Supper Club was great! Food and service excellent. For the prices paid along with resort fees I feel some complimentary Qtips would have been nice!

Beautiful hotel and rooms. The only downside is the shower head pressure. Good casino, great connection to other resorts and amazing food.

Loved it! Spent 4 nights in 18056. Great view of the falls! Bed and pillows were very comfortable, shower was great! Won $1000 on respin fish game too. Found using the ipad tocheck in was super easy and much faster than waiting in line! I was there on a comp, so was betternot having to pay for my stay.
