I have been visiting the Bellagio for the last 5 years as strictly a gambler with a platinum players card. I also had a 7star card with CR and we used to stay at Planet Hollywood (while in Vegas) prior to Bellagio's but my host quit/promoted/fired? one day and the new host I was given was terrible. After my host changed way back than, I had a work trip to Vegas for a trade show at B and it came with a basic room. I planned that 2 day trip and set up the following 3 days at PH with a 2 bed suite and some small perks... I generally only stay 2-3 days total every few months but planned to golf a little with my work partner. The second day of the trade show I was playing roulette at B and winning, average bet climbed to $300 a spin. I was approached by an MGM employee, said he was a host- and offered me a nice room, I talked to him about my trip and plans and he changed the offer to a Tower suite with adjoining room for my partner, and also offered $500 in food comps - which he said could change depending on my play. My original CR host never did that, not sure if she was allowed, unless there was some kind of available program, she would always get me a nice room/suite, early check-in, have a basket of fruit or sweets in the room for when we arrived, but nothing free. The new CR host did nothing but get me a room, and she preferred corresponding by email as she never returned my calls. I took the offer from B, I kept the PH room, messed up the bed and left a tip (i don't know why I did that...lol) and stayed the remainder of the trip at B. They had a great cafe near the botanical garden- not Sadelle's, the cafe that was there before, I forget the name. We also found Prime Steak House and charged everything to the room. I ended up winning close to 40k take home at the roulette table at B. There was a voucher from CR for golf at a very nice Henderson course so we took advantage of that and my B host provided transportation up and back via a limo. Our last evening there, while playing Roulette, I brought 5k to the table, I started a little slow, went on a roll again, the table got crowded, I pulled away from the table to use the restroom and realized the 5k stack in my pocket, I had started with just a few hundred I had loose in the pocket and never needed to dig into the 5k at that time, the 5k was gone. It was crowded, people pushing on you at the table which sucks, I looked all around on the floor, good luck with that and finally the dealer inquired and I told him what happened. He called security, I was asked a ton of questions, they said they had footage of the area and would get back to me.. I called a few times to the number I was given, to be honest I thought it was gone forever, a had consolation that I had won big there but it just sucked that someone went through my pockets while playing...I could only assume. They had no answer for me at that time. Before we left the hotel, I was told to check with the host in the high limit room to see my play, my guess was we were close to 2k in food, with Prime 2x the cafe 4x and a little room service. The host there checked my play and washed it all saying i was only responsible for the tips I left.... Had a great trip- I usually go with the wife 5-8 times a year, I was assigned a new host when I got home. The wife does not gamble, but she found her favorite massage girl and she just gets her massage each trip and gets wrecked with her sister drinking. I will gamble only, we average 2-3 day trips. We have never stayed at PH since that time with my work partner. Bellagio does get really busy, especially on the weekends, I was just there July 2025- I especially like the part that its a good walk from the strip, at PH, at night some of the drunks that came in were pretty crazy.. Its a smoking hotel, I smoke so I do not mind, my wife does not, but she had issues at times at PH and she thinks its filtered out better than at B... Once a guy asked for a cigarette from me but he grabbed the box in front of me while asking and security saw it and escorted him out of the casino and purchased another pack for me. go figure. I don't seem to win more at B than PH, but I prefer everything else at B's. If you don't like to walk to the casino stay in the main tower, the spa tower is a little walk. I do receive comp play and food comps, I also can get penthouses or suites depending on the day we go, yes I can probably most times just pay for the food and room myself and even save a little all thing considered, but I enjoy gambling and I do not spend more than we can afford.. Oh, that day I 'misplaced 5k', I called when I got home and i was told they found my money, they said an employee picked it up, I do not know what that means, but a week later i was sent a check from B for 5k, no lie- My wife said they didn't find it but they sent me the money to make me go back there, I say they did....We have never stayed at another hotel since that day....

After a traumatic experience at a different Las Vegas property, my wife and I made the decision to leave early and relocate. What happened next at Bellagio reminded us what true hospitality looks like. We don’t even hold top-tier status with MGM — just Pearl — yet we were treated with more compassion and dignity than we received at their competitor as Diamond Elite guests. Our MGM host heard about what happened to my wife and stepped in immediately. He offered us a beautiful suite, resort credit, and, most importantly, warmth and care that went far beyond expectations. My wife, a healthcare executive and cancer survivor, was physically and emotionally shaken after a traumatic experience at a competitor’s casino. MGM didn’t just offer us a room — they helped us feel human again. They made us feel safe, acknowledged, and cared for, even though they had no obligation to do so. They did more to support us than the company where the incident actually occurred. Bellagio gave us a fresh start when we desperately needed one. We’re incredibly grateful. For any couple or solo traveler looking for a Vegas property where hospitality still means something, where your dignity is respected no matter your tier level — choose Bellagio. Choose MGM.

Beautiful first class hotel. Had dinner at Mayfair Supper Club which was delicious and the show was amazing. All staff at the hotel were phenomenal. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, spacious boring Premier King room with no coffee pot. The hotel has pools, a quirk garden/conservatory, and a glass flower ceiling art piece near check in. There was nothing wrong with the hotel but nothing special for the high cost. I will try a different hotel on my next visit.
