Las Vegas is a city that redefines the meaning of the word superlative, and Bellagio stands among the very best. From the moment you enter the palatial lobby, veiled in 2,000 hand-blown glass flowers, bliss is yours. Beautiful guest rooms and dazzling estate-style suites triumphantly encapsulate luxury, while Spa Bellagio bathes you in sheer indulgence. A plethora of gourmet dining selections features some of the finest restaurants in the country, including the AAA Five-Diamond Award-winning Le Cirque and Picasso.

A wonderful hotel and excellent service.A very beautiful hotel with a great view, located right in the heart of the Strip, and beautifully decorated inside. The staff are very helpful.

This was at best a 3 star experience, but due to the poor checkout experience with Sean at the front desk we deducted a star and ended up at 2 stars. The Bellagio was average at best for a Las Vegas hotel. The Positives: were the comfortable bed, and bedding. The furniture and room layout in the basic king room were perfect for a couple. It offered us plenty of seating options with a sofa, chair, stools, and 2 tables. The water pressure in the bathroom was adequate, and it was nice to have dual vanities. The Negatives: Housekeeping issues, used toiletries were not replaced, no extra towel set was provided. We did not use any of the drawers in the room due to hair and other dirt, and dust inside. Carpet was dirty and clearly not vacuumed, I even left something on purpose to see if it would be vacuumed and it was not. Faint stale smoke smell in the room and hallway even though it was "non smoking room". The room and hallway never smelled clean, and being in the room aggravated my allergies. The Door lock didn't engage properly so when leaving the room we had to shut the door multiple times, and never felt 100% safe or secure when leaving the room. The door lock issue was confirmed by the room service bell person. You would think housekeeping would report this to engineering, but if they can't even vacuum, dust or replace soap why would they bother with writing a report or simply making a phone call. Some of the elevators had issues with moving before the door closed, and some looked scratched with graffiti or stains. Maybe the Bellagio tower is the bad tower? The F1 grandstands made the area a bit of a mess. The casino laying was also one of my least favorite. The lobby check in desk was across the casino from the tower we placed in. There was no late night food options when we got in at 2am. Again the people working the check in desk are awful. Blake from the VIP area charged us $20 per day for parking even though it is free due to our Mlife status. We then had to go back to the desk and correct this. Upon checkout since I wanted to make sure we didn't have any other surprise charges we had to talk with Sean who looked annoyed, was unfriendly and didn't even say hello when walked up to the desk. This has to be the WORST customer service I've ever had in a hotel. Would we return? Never, not even if fully comped.

This is a beautiful hotel, but be prepared to pay premium prices on food and beverages. Not many opitions here if you are trying to keep your restaurant bills at a reasonable level. We often walked over to the Cosmopolitan for better options. Everything else was top notch.

Unfortunately the property isn't being kept up. The floors were dirty, the curtains were stained and dirty, and the room was dusty. The shower didn't close properly. It just doesn't seem like any maintenance is being done, and the cleaning is subpar.
