Smells like cigarettes in your room
If you don’t like cigarettes, don’t stay at the Belagio. We’re on the 9th floor, trying to go to sleep now, and our room and our teenagers room smells like someone’s smoking right outside our door or the air from the casino is mixed in and being pumped into our rooms. You just feel nasty here, and my eyes are burning. It’s like being back in the 80s here. I have not smelled this much cigarette smoke in 25 years

We went for the name and went disappointed. Hotel has the wow factor from the moment you go up to the entrance. Rooms are spotless and plush. Staff are excellent. Attentive and extremely helpful. Fantastic hotel, great rooms, staff and decor - the place is the best to stay in vegas for sure. So accommodating and a particular shout out to Julio at reception ensuring we could get a work around for a late check out!
