Kiana at the front desk was amazing! I missed my flight and had to book another night stay. I had such a good experience at Caesar’s, of course I went back. Kiana was so sweet and helpful when checking in last minute! The hotel was clean and our room had an amazing view

Excellent service, staff are super friendly and accommodating, especially Kiana. She was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable, gave great tips and advice for first time tourists. The venue is spectacular. Truly a wonderful stay! Couldn’t recommend enough

My husband had a soccer tournament this weekend and we decided to stay at Caesars because they are pet friendly and allowed us to bring our two Frenchies. I made the reservation through a third-party and there was a big snafu. We were greeted at the reception desk by the warmest, most patient and accommodating front desk receptionist Anisha. I was so impressed. I made sure I got her name because I’m not one to post reviews but this warranted a post I’m not quite sure if she’s the manager, if not she should be. She took care of our reservation with graciousness . I admired how calm and courteous she was even though there were many impatient guests behind us.. Anisha was top notch. My husband has worked in the Hotel industry for over 20 years and he applauded how efficient and accommodating she was. I wish I got her last name, but Anisha you did a great job and we will be returning to Cesar’s whenever we visit Las Vegas.

Kiana in the main hotel lobby was so helpful in giving me a warm welcome and checking me into my room. The hotel is beautiful. Definitely one of the top 3 casino hotels in Vegas. It's $20 a night to have a small cube refrigerator brought to your room, unless it's for a medical necessity...

Tonia at the registration desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Tonia recommend and suggested many of the hotel amenities, especial the pool area as a must see. This is our first time at Caesars and we will definitely return. Thank you Tonia
