Kiana at check in was very nice and funny. She was also very knowledgeable when we had any questions. Cesar’s is a great place. The room was very clean and big. The bath tub is huge and has water jets. The bed and the pillows are soft. We had a view of pool.

Beautiful place, we really enjoyed the whole experience. Room was spacious but there are things to consider needing replacement . Pilllows are terrible and mattress seem old and caved in. Not a good sleeping experience. Air conditioner couldn’t be adjusted to cool.

I recently had an issue with my Caesars Rewards account where one time, I had forgotten to use my Caesars credit card within the required six-month period, and unfortunately, I lost 25,000+ reward points that I earned over 3.5 years. I was very upset and thought it was difficult to recover them. Thankfully, Mr. Valino, a supervisor at Caesars Rewards Office, went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to understand my situation, explained the policy clearly, and worked diligently to get most of the points reinstated. His professionalism, empathy, and dedication to resolving the problem were truly exceptional. Thanks to his efforts, I was able to recover most of my lost points, and I couldn’t be more grateful. This level of customer service is what keeps me loyal to Caesars. If you ever run into any issues, I hope you're lucky enough to get help from someone as knowledgeable and caring as he was. Thank you again for turning a frustrating experience into a positive one!

The confirmed hotel, Caesar's Palace did NOT honor the reservation and 'upgraded' our room to the Nobu Hotel - which was NOT an upgrade! The same charges were required for a lesser room accommodation. This reservation was made in reference to a recommendation, after we purchased tickets at The Sphere, thru Ticketmaster. I highly recommend you do NOT do business with Caesar's Palace in the future.

Central location, decent room for the price. Enjoyed the pool immensely (not the people smoking or lack of staff to enforce). WIFI IS TERRIBLE! Everything costs, resort fee $54.95/day, coffee pods and powdered creamer with stir sticks (ha) $13.95, a box of candy $15.95, Fiji water 12 ounces $13.95. If you touch anything, you are charged. Seeing OUR Friends! Unforgettable
