Had a great check in experience with Nathan. We were staying along with another couple who had checked in earlier in the day. Nathan helped find us a room nearby making it easier to stay connected with them during the trip. He was very polite, patient and respectful. Having a great experience at the start of our trip made all the difference.

Beautiful hotel and our King and Queen rooms were serviced well. Visited the swimming pool during our stay which was very Impressive but was difficult to find sun beds, we did eventually find some however it would have been good if there was someone going around the beds and removing used towels. Reception staff very poor, felt we were just a number and they couldn’t be bothered. Left our luggage after checking out and the bellboy was excellent as were the staff servicing the rooms. The surcharge for the mini Barr robbery

We stayed in the renovated Colosseum Tower. It was so nice and clean. Great location, near everything. All of the restaurants were delicious. Gaming was fun! Late night snack area near the tower, too. ;) Lots of various slot machines. Old and new. We had a blast.

We came to Vegas for a friend’s 50th birthday! Rose W. Gave us excellent service at the guest services desk and helped us find a room in the same tower as the rest of our group! The rooms are quite large and nicely appointed. Nice Centrally located hotel on the strip!

This is my first time at the Caesars Palace and have already determined i will be coming back. I want to give a shout out to Kiara at the front desk. I had a nighttime check in on thursday, and had the warmest welcome from her. Having her be the first point of contact at this hotel was done how it was supposed to be. She had so much energy making us excited for our weekend stay, very informative and answered all my questions. She definitely shows a perfect example on how customer service should be done. The hotel is very big but easy to learn the layout. Room was excellent, with beautiful view of the pool and mountains past the strip. Location on the strip is dead center and made it easy to walk around and not far from the monorail for faster travel.
