While overall we had an amazing trip, when leaving, a bag was left in our drivers car to the airport. We reached out to security at the hotel for a week & they could care less to look at any video of said vehicle or get back to us. That ruined it all for us! They didn’t seem concerned my husband lost ALL personal belongings & couldn’t take 10 min to look at security tapes with exact day & time. Very disappointing! So if you loose or misplace something, even if it’s on camera & a security person witnessed it AND too pics, they won’t & don’t care.

I enjoyed my stay at Caesars Palace Las Vegas. I particularly want to give a shout out to Eric G. in valet. Eric enjoys his job as it shows through with his excellent customer service. He remembered us each time we would leave and returned and would ask if there was anything he could do for us. Looking forward to seeing Eric upon our

Caesars Palace have gained customers for life after such amazing treatment! We were poorly treated by Nobu (for several reasons which lead to us having no room at 1am in the morning). Veronica, Alex/Alexander, and Kiana at Caesars were fantastic at every stage, even though busy and sold out they worked the problem and managed to upgrade our room (substantially) and gave us a room credit as an apology for the issues that Nobu had caused. Will be returning soon and will be staying at Caesars!

Despite being in an ‘upgraded’ room it was old-fashioned and worn. That and room service missed cleaning on one day and hotel offered no recompense except to say sorry. Breakfast was OK but like everything in Las Vegas it was overpriced and at best average quality. Won’t be staying at Caesars again.
