Reviews for Caesars Palace

Caesars Palace is the place to go in Vegas!!

Check-in was amazing! Moses at the front desk was truly exceptional—warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make my birthday weekend unforgettable. He upgraded our room and surprised us with extra amenities that made everything feel even more special. The hotel itself was stunning—beautiful decor, great atmosphere, and top-notch service all around. Thank you for making our stay in Vegas so memorable! Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic

Checked in really late and was greeted by Tonya and she was nothing shy of wonderful. She put us in a suite that was amazing. Especially traveling with little ones the extra space was just what they needed. We were able to enjoy a few games of pool in the room. She helped make our little vacation so much better.

Customer Service goes a long way and can make all the difference

I’m giving a slightly mixed review because, prior to our departure, I was going to give a negative review, based upon the service we received during our current stay. But thanks to the some of the managers and security, who took the time to help out a guest in a time of pure duress, I need to change my review. Let me start with the good. I based my booking this year, after an enjoyable stay last spring. At that time, the hotel was great, the staff were very accommodating and we had a great stay. Sadly, we didn’t receive any of that kind of service during our stay this time. The check in counter clerk, was just rude! The only type of check in that was offered before 4 pm would come at a fee. Anything I requested, also came at a fee. Seems the hotel wants to charge for anything and everything. The whole 4 pm checkin is a complete mess. Instead of staggering guests as they arrive, you’re left with massive line ups at 4pm (not sure who needs to rethink this plan!) And yes, I did the prior requested mobile checkin etc. Staffing shortages and service just seemed to be amiss. After numerous attempts at flagging down staff around the pool to order food, we literally had to go up to someone, who wouldn’t even glance our way, and just to get her to come to us. But where the hotel came through , was in a time of crisis. I had checked out of the room at 11 (not a minute later or we’d be charged!). We spent most of the day around the pool, before leaving for dinner, prior to our red-eye flight back home. In the taxi leaving Caesar’s, I noticed my passport was missing!! I realized I had left it locked in the safe in my room! So, I got out of the cab and literally ran through the hotel to notify the front desk staff of what I had done. The first clerk passed me off and said, that there’s nothing he could do! He said that I’d have to go through security. So, I run to security, repeat my plea, as time was of an essence. I would not make my flight, without my passport!!! I pleaded for him to hear me out and try to hurry the process. The security guy, was none too helpful either. He said that he had no idea how long it could take. And then he left to deal with another issue, leaving me hanging. I was distraught! I finally decided to ask for a manager, I got Peter Balingit. Thank you, Peter, you were the first staff to actually listen to me, instead of passing me off and he immediately began to deal with the problem. He escalated the issue and got me to Katherine Ferguson, who was so kind and assured me that she would help me. Along with security personnel, Anthony Barreto, the two were able to help me retrieve the passport that I had left behind, and literally save the day. I made it to my flight, not just in time, but with time to spare! I am so very grateful for their efficiency, professionalism and their willingness to just listen to a customer in dire need and just help.

Check-in upgrade

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

Our check-in process was excellent. We originally had a reservation for five nights but we decided that we wanted to come a day early, Ceasars combined both reservations easily. When, Analiza, the front desk representative asked what brought us to Vegas. I stated that it was my husband’s birthday present. She proceeded to upgraded us an entire full sized 1000 sq. ft. suite with views of the entire city without an extra charge. It was an incredible introduction to a beautiful resort.

Don’t stay here

I didn’t like anything about this place. They charge so much for food and drinks. You have to gamble a minimum of $40 just to get a free drink. Our room was supposed to be a king and we got two queens. Our shower leaked. Staff was not friendly at all.
