The "Spirit Airlines" of the hotel industry -- bad service & prepare to pay extra for everything

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 11 hours ago

This hotel is the "Spirit Airlines" of the hotel industry -- nickel-and-diming everywhere. You only get to have two devices on their WiFi before you need to pay extra. Coffee in the rooms is not free, even though there's a coffee machine here. Water is not free and cost $13 for a small 0.5l bottle. There's a penalty charge of $75 if you dare to use the in-room fridge for storing personal food items. Disappointing experience and we won't be coming back. The assistant manager Ruby was of no help and basically said "we can charge whatever we want for maximizing our revenue". Basically, guests are merely a source of income at this property, but otherwise not something they really care about. Would you really want to stay here?

Great time at Caesars

Giving a huge shout out to Angel at the roulette table at Caesars Palace. So lively and warm and fun! She treated everyone like an old friend and kept the whole table in high spirits. Truly an ANGEL!! And Angel introduced us to Jazzmine at Brasserie. She is wonderful! Great tables and perfect service. Thanks to both of them for making our stay special.!

Veni, Vidi, Victima. A “Hotel California” reign.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

The arrogance of Caesar is alive and well at this establishment. Check in took over an hour, I was assigned a room where the locks failed and needs to be reassigned . Back in the line again for another hour to fix that and experience, once again, the indifference of hotel reception.t .. The request for a king bed i placed was not granted. Receptionist told me it was a preference.” I noticed many of the people waiting in line were filing security complaints. You can tell when a security officer comes up with paperwork. The receptionist put my room in the “do not clean” list - something I didn’t request, so I had to beg for towels. instead. The towels were old and frayed, appropriate for cleaning chariot wheels The mini bar had been removed and there were no amenities in the room. A coffee maker existed without coffee included. I get less like a hotel guest and more like a hostage. No one cares for guests here. You are a serf. Never again.

So had a small snafu when checking in one of the reservations didn’t show up on my account. But because of the amazing commitment of one employee. Qualandra Cyprian she turned a tense moment into a wonderful customer experience. Within a short amount of time she called me and the other room was secured and she even provided us with treats. Her caring shows and k owing she serves 1000s of customers she made my family feel important. Puts Customer service on a whole new level Thank you

Very disappointed

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

This was my 4th trip to Las Vegas and I was super excited to be staying at Caesars Palace. The check-in staff were not exactly friendly or welcoming and then our room was a disaster! So disappointed to enter and straightaway see 2 damaged headboards, there was blood on the pillow case and hair in the bed. Disgusting! Caesar's claims to be a 5 star hotel! Absolutely not! We complained to the front desk and straightaway they offered to move us. This room seemed cleaner but sink was blocked and shower door didn't open properly. We complained about this and they offered to move us again but by this time we couldn't be bothered and just wanted these things fixed. With the 2 separate room complaints the hotel gave us $200 credit on the room to use in the restaurant, so that was something. This hotel absolutely coins in the money so no excuse for not replacing damaged headboards and stained bedding. I would not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend. Pool area and general hotel area are lovely and it's on a good location on the Strip. Pool was closed for 2 of the 5 days! On check-out, again the staff are not pleasant and have a general vibe of "what do you want" Plenty other better choices of hotels to stay at on the Strip. Caesar's really needs to update it's game!
