Was great! 66 floor, Boulevard tower, fountain view King terrace. We got the fountains and The Sphere view! The room was clean, well stocked, and perfect. I was nervous after reading some recent reviews but was not disappointed. The ONLY complaint is there was a leftover room service cart that had been left out for 2 days outside of our door. We ended up wheeling it to the elevator bank before it finally disappeared. Bed was comfy and not to much noise to be annoying other than a guy with a mega phone on the strip one day yelling about how we're all going to hell. He didn't last long. 3rd stay, we will be back.

From my experience, recent comments regarding decline in service/rooms are true. 😞 2BR Chelsea Penthouse was rather disappointing. If you want to splurge/impress, Wynn/Encore/Bellagio may be a better choice. Examples: Autograph Lounge check in was NOT a perk. Coffeemaker broken, no water bottles available. Desk staff not especially friendly/pleasant. TV soundbar, some lighting, BUBBLER TUB, TV’s in bathrooms not working. Toilet backed up, fridge had to be requested. Tiny balcony only accessible from the master. This is a premium suite. 😕

Jawad was FANTASTIC! We had a tough time with our flight into Vegas and he made everything perfect immediately upon our arrival. The level of service, attention to detail and hospitality is truly the best I've experienced on the strip. Thank you, Jawad for making this a great 40th birthday experience!

This was probably my 20th visit to the Cosmo, and it normally is our go-to spot for our Vegas trips. Unfortunately, possibly due to the management change to MGM(?? maybe just correlated, not caused), the hotel now has removed all bars of soap from the rooms (even the nicest ones; I had paid up for a suite on this trip). They only have the giant community-sized body wash bottles (even at the sinks), and when I called down to ask for a bar of soap to be delivered to the room, they said they no longer stock any. Their suggestion was for me to buy it from their own overpriced sundries shop. Terrible, terrible customer service from what always had been a place that prided themselves on this. Using soap that prior guests had already used (especially in Vegas) with no ability to verify when/whether it had been recently emptied/cleaned/refilled is such a 2-star hotel cost-savings move that I would be embarrassed to be the hotel manager trying to enforce this change.

The Cosmo was the best hotel on the strip. Since they decided to be bought by MGM, things have gone down steadily. In December 2023, I spent 4 nights at the resort. I used 2 items from the mini-bar. When I left the hotel, I was charged over $130 for items I had not used. I reached out to the hotel, which apologized profusely, and they reversed the charges on my credit card. Six months later, I receive a letter from a collection agency requested this amount to be paid. I now have to deal with this collection agency. Needless to stay, I don't think I'll stay again at the Cosmo.
