The Cromwell Las Vegas

The suite we stayed in had a weird buzzing on and off all night. The pool is a nightclub with a dress code. The shower was broken and maintenance came and did not fix it. The maid was mad that we ordered room cleaning to just make our bed and give us two towels.

I wouldn't stay in accessible room again There is nothing to prevent water run̈ing all over the floor creating fall risk I did not receive assistance with a safety concern Sink would not drain There was no valet I had to valet at the Flamingo I've had robotic knee replacement Tremendous imposition

The bartenders are fantastic. That it , cromwell does not have valet (older person, was not told they only work Thursday thru Sunday. Tried to charge me for late check out, (diamond plus). The first room was so dirty, floors, tables half the lights didn't work, wanted to pay for up grade but none avaliable . Begged for better room. Like I said cromwell used to be so awesome, but they JUST DONT CARE ANYMORE!! it won't be there after the summer (Vanderpump is coming in. So what ever you do DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY NOW). so very sad.

I didn’t have housekeeping for a week. They gave me 75$ credit as compensation to be spent in any hotel of Caesar resort and when I received the invoice the credit was missing. Result: I had no cleaning service, did not receive my $75 credit and have to pay for expenses that were supposed to be paid with the credit.

Wow, the best part of my stay was the staff Everyone that I came across had a friendly smile on their face and greeted me with a hello. The rooms were better than I expected, clean and organized as if I was the first person to ever walk in the room. The only thing that could improve the room is having my very own slot machine. lol on my last day, I was compelled to speak with a manager and let them know how great the staff was Sonnie was very welcoming, and I can tell. She’s very proud of her staff. I will be definitely staying here at least once a year from now on.
