Twenty-six of the fifty largest hotels in the world are in Las Vegas. Why, then, is The Cromwell Las Vegas causing such a stir? Clocking in at just 188 rooms, it stands in the shadows of neighboring Bellagio, Caesars Palace and Bally’s. And that is exactly why it’s so appealing to guests seeking the intimate, refined experience of a boutique hotel right in the throbbing heart of the Vegas Strip. There’s a touch of a vintage bordello feel to the hotel, accentuated by leather headboards, vampy damask wallpaper and classic showgirl sketches.

My husband and I went to Las Vegas for the first time and when reviewing the Caesars properties, this looked beautiful but when we actually got there it was quite different. All the caesars properties that we went to have had phone chargers of some kind in the room for their guests convenience. Not this one and before anyone says anything about "don't you have your own ", yes I do but I left it at another place thinking that they would have one. They also did not have a refrigerator for personal use nor a safe in the room. I was disappointed to say the least. We will try a different caesars property next time.

Charged me for $40 of minibar stuff we didn't use. Found out charge after returning home. Hotel mgmt completely unresponsive to resolving (no concern when phoned, no respnse to letter). Will not be staying here again.

Angelina and chuy were so awesome down at the bar. They truly went the extra mile to give us a wonderful experience and amazing drinks. We stayed at the video poker machines at the bar specifically to hang with them. Most definitely will be back.

We go to Las Vegas every two weeks. We did not stay at the Cromwell, but we go there to gamble every day. we have been doing this for years. The best cocktail waitress in Cromwell is Natalie. Fast, efficient, reliable and very social able. She has been waiting on us for at least 11 years now. If I owned a Casino, I would hire her in a second. We just got back home from staying at Las Vegas Sept 2-4. Be back to Cromwell in one week.

The pool hours for hotel guests are subject to change (and change arbitrarily inside of a stay). Cromwell staff may not even be aware of the change. Don't be surprised if you're shoo'd away by Drais. The low score on th stay has more to do with the Cromwell keeping the relationship, which is not beneficial to the hotel guests overall experience. If you would like access to a pool, look elsewhere.
