Twenty-six of the fifty largest hotels in the world are in Las Vegas. Why, then, is The Cromwell Las Vegas causing such a stir? Clocking in at just 188 rooms, it stands in the shadows of neighboring Bellagio, Caesars Palace and Bally’s. And that is exactly why it’s so appealing to guests seeking the intimate, refined experience of a boutique hotel right in the throbbing heart of the Vegas Strip. There’s a touch of a vintage bordello feel to the hotel, accentuated by leather headboards, vampy damask wallpaper and classic showgirl sketches.

The Cromwell was great! Stayed here for BSB concert. Check in was especially smooth. Thanks to Brandon for hooking a girl up with a fantastic room on her first time to Vegas as an adult!! This place is a vibe!

This hotel is right on the Strip next to Flamingo and opposite Bellagio. It’s walking distance of all the other big names in Las Vegas. Rooms are distinctive… ours was of a burlesque boudoir style…. and roomy. There is a little noise from the Strip at night.. but it’s Las Vegas after all.

I stayed at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas for a business trip, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected from a hotel of this caliber. My employer prepaid the full amount for my five-night stay via check, which was received by the hotel two months in advance. I provided my personal credit card only for incidentals, with the understanding that a $500 hold would be placed. Despite this, Caesars charged my card for the full cost of the room. When I attempted to resolve the issue at checkout, the front desk staff was dismissive and unhelpful. After waiting 15 minutes for a manager (who never appeared), I was handed a folio showing a zero balance—but the charge still remains on my credit card. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I expected better communication and accountability from a hotel with such a strong reputation. I hope Caesars Palace takes steps to improve their billing practices and customer service.

I feel like the Cromwell is a budget hotel masquerading as a high end one. We stayed for 3 nights Sunday- Wed. We got a very low rate so in that sense we got our moneys worth and had good value; however, if I had paid the normal rate for our room I would have given it 1 star. Our room window opened to a parking garage, so we had almost no natural light. Across the garage is a massive scaffolding that had people banging on pipes and non stop vehicles beeping as they backed all day long from between the hours of 8am-5pm. If you are assigned room 737, see if you can request a different room. FYI, the shower is see through and the artwork is very sexy so if you aren’t comfortable with someone watching you shower, you might have an issue. My friend and I didn’t care about that. We had to request extra pillows because there were 2 total and both were flat, our sink was broken and didn’t drain and our body wash dispenser didn’t work. Housekeeping was very nice and brought us the pillows and engineering fixed the sink. They also gave us a small tube of body wash to use. 1 of the 2 small pools were open and both are in direct sun all day, it was 104 degrees and if you want even a small amount of shade the minimum cost is $200 on top of the resort fee you already paid, we ended up only spending a short period of time at the pool bc it was SO hot and had no available shade. There were some highlights: the cleaning staff was lovely and very attentive with towels, and finding us a pen when my friend was trying to help one of her patients and we couldn’t find one. They were wonderful. The location is great and couldn’t be better. We got a VERY good rate so over all it was an okay stay, I can’t say I’d return and would probably just pay more to stay somewhere else.

Did we mention Leo... He remembered our party of 4 drink order from the first time we saw him... So impressive and made the trip relaxing... Never felt rushed or bad about suing our free Diamond perks... Kudos to the entire Cromwell team as it is a small gem tucked away in plain sight but Leo is the man that makes things special!!! Thanks Cromwell
