Currently on the 3rd day of a 4 night stay at the Fontainbleau and will not be returning. •Started off on the wrong foot upon checking in. Booked thru AMEX FHR. Agent who checked us in, (younger girl with braces but forgot her name) insisted that we weren't entitled to breakfast on the last day because "it wasn't considered a full day." Told her I've booked with AMEX FHR about 75-80 times over the years including 2 previous times at this hotel but she continued to beligerantly insist she was correct. Asked her to have a Mgr call me or my room to conform. No call. Had to resolve it myself and obviously she was completely misinformed. • Speaking of AMEX FHR, the hotel only allocates $60 for breakfast, which is the bare minimum required by AMEX. Unfortunately, the amount allocated by the hotel is completely insufficient for the free breakfast perk from AMEX Does not adequately cover breakfast at Vida, In addition, the so-called breakfast menu at Vida is breakfast AND lunch; even at 8am!...But hey, it'll at least cover a bagel and coffee. (Sarcasm) •NO water at all provided in the room. (Was 108° here yesterday •Fitness Center closes at 7pm, unheard of and inexcusable at a casino hotel. • Surprisingly, no turn-down service. • No cushions on chaises at pool, nor an attendant that sets you up. •Surprisingly, (again!), nowhere to eat after 10pm (Only Chez Bon Bon is 24 hours; great if you want dessert or a bagel but not good if you want real food after 10 o'clock) This is the 3td trip here and will be the last. As someone who spends 70+ nights in a hotel annually and all for leisure, sometimes 2 or 3 little issues is as unpleasant as 1 big issue. While the Fontainbleau is new and glitzy, you're getting the same service and extras you'd find in a plain old 3-star Marriott. Zero chance the family will be returning.....way too many other options in Vegas

We stayed at the noble one bedroom suite. If you are big on immaculate rooms, amazing, attentive staff, and awesome pools, this is it. This is an absolutely stunning top tier hotel. What an experience.

Check-in took over 20 minutes, which was frustrating after a long day of travel. To be fair, the gentleman at the counter was very polite and professional. However, once we got to our room, things quickly went downhill. We found what appeared to be multiple pubic hairs — in the shower, near the toilet, on the carpet, and even one on the bed. To make matters worse, there seemed to be a dried booger on the door. Completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be five-star. I immediately called to speak with a manager. He said he would find us another room, but that took another 20 minutes. Eventually, we were handed a key to a new room, but at no point did anyone offer an apology or acknowledge how unpleasant this experience was. I expected much more in terms of cleanliness, efficiency, and basic hospitality.
