The best hotel in vegas!
Amazing staff, beautiful rooms and the view! Lovely! 💜💕 i would stay here all the time whenever I am in Vegas. I love the combination of colors of the whole interior esp the furnitures in the room! The staff are very helpful and always cheerful which I did not get in any other hotels I stayed at this month.

Beautiful rooms, but expect to be lied to and jerk around
Great room and facilities, horrible service all the reviews and bad press they are getting is deserved. We literally chose this hotel for the pool then we come downstairs this morning we’re told the pool is closed due to air quality and wind. If it’s their hands, I understand and the lady at the front desk tells me that the county emailed them and close the pool. I don’t like being lied to. We went to seven different casinos that they just walking around and all the pools were open so when I call back and ask if their pool is open today and why the county let the other pools open, I’m told it wasn’t the county it was hotels decision it’s their policy all the bad press they get they deserve rude service, inept service, and everything is overpriced. Their spa is amazing and the rooms are beautiful, but it’s not worth the people that are running it. Who lies to their customers?

Great Drinks and Conversations
We went over to have drinks at Bleau Bar before dinner. We had a great time in October with a very good bartender and wonderful drinks, so we wanted to go again. It in the middle of the room with high ceilings, great lights and lively atmosphere. Again, it did not disappoint. Joseph made great a delicious Espresso Martini for me and a regular martini for my husband. He was attentive and so nice to converse with. Drinks are expensive like most of Vegas, so it's really nice to get good drinks, service and atmosphere. The patrons were so engaging. A lot of people including us were in Vegas for the Kenny Chesney concert. Everyone wanted to talk about their experience or ask about ours if they hadn't gone yet. We noticed a great vibe at this bar and elsewhere. Such excitement in the air. Kenny has a way of doing that!
