This is not a 5 star hotel. There is no coffee in the room. Not even a free water bottle in the room. The food in the food court is RIDICULOUSLY expensive. They are renovating the largest pool into an ice rink, so we could not get lounge chairs at the pools. $55 resort fee for WHAT?! Total scam.

The hotel is really beautiful and very big, with a casino, restaurants, shops, and bars all inside … you almost don’t need to leave! Everything was clean, and the rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. Definitely a great place to stay in Las Vegas!

Check in was a breeze and very courteous. Our room was on the 19th floor and the first impressions on the way was WOW! Chic and Posh! Our room was beautiful and had a great view of the Sphere. Overall, we had a wonderful 3 night stay!

My eldest daughter decided to elope to Las Vegas so we booked three room at the Fountainebleau for the whole family. We were robbed!!! Someone came into my daughters room and took our families pearls and the Hermes bag that had her and her new husbands wedding gifts inside. We reported it to the resort and although they acted like they cared nothing was done. No return call, no follow up. I also reported the theft to the police as it was over $4000. The officer that took my statement did tell me that when he was younger the same thing happened to him at the Venetian. So be aware!!!!

My wife, daughter and I stayed at Fontainebleau Las Vegas from August 28th to August 31st, 2025, and I’m disgusted by our experience. On the morning of the last day of our stay, we heard a loud noise in the room, however after sitting up in bed and looking around, we did not find what caused the noise and went back to sleep. A couple of hours later when opening the curtains in the room we noticed that a window was cracked. We immediately contacted the front desk to let them know. Shortly thereafter security guards, concierge and maintenance personnel from the hotel arrived to inspect the damage. After looking over everything, they mentioned that it was likely caused by an external impact. We were then asked to go to the front desk to speak with a resort manager. The resort manager, explained that security had determined the damage was due to a duck impact, as they had found a dead duck in the area below the window. When doing our checkout, we paid the resort fees and some restaurant charges and then left. After coming home, I was blindsided with a $11,000 charge to my credit card. When I reached out to dispute the charge, their response was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely lacking in accountability. No evidence was provided, and no effort was made to fairly resolve the issue. I felt totally taken advantage off and fell like they expected me to just accept it. The final straw was when I was advised that their third-party vendor determined that we were at fault, but no other information was presented. I have never encountered this kind of blatant dishonesty from a hotel. I have since disputed the charges with my bank and filed formal complaints and even had an attorney send a letter to the hotel to dispute the charge and yet, have not gotten any response from the hotel. This is not just bad customer service, it’s fraud. The hotel management should be ashamed of this behavior.
