Everything top grade. Marvelous resort property. Restaurants outstanding. We enjoyed our time greatly. Only concern, few places to sit if not paying or playing.Tough on those with disabilities.

I have stayed at 90% of all the Deluxe 5-star resorts in Vegas over past 20 years and this Resort has been my FAVORITE that we have ever stayed at anywhere in the world so far. The resort was very big so we had to do a lot of walking; however, that was the only drawback since I am now a senior and have mobility issues, but that is not the hotel's problem. This resort had everything you could need or want; there was no reason to leave other than to see a few sights that were added in the last 5 years. The Beds were Beyond Amazing; I have never slept in anything so comfortable in my life. Service was top-notch, Hotel was gorgeous, parking in the garage was fairly easy even though they were crowded over the Holiday season. Food hall was good and plenty of restaurants for all tastes and budgets. Rooms were very spacious and had a chiller for our own beverages, though it would have been nice to have had a coffee maker in the room, however, no big deal. There was a steamer in the closet instead of an iron which was a little heavy to use, but it was fine. Housekeeping did a great job keeping us clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy and our room was ready when we arrived and it was early their time even though it was afternoon our time after flying from the east coast time. I would definitely recommend this resort if you want a luxury place to stay for a reasonable rate with all the comforts. The casino was very nice as well, not too smokey and had a blast the 5 days I was there. I hope to go back soon.

The hotel looks and feels like 5 star initially, which it should do for the price but there are lots of things lacking. The main thing being that the staff are either too busy or disinterested. When we arrived we were told that valet parking was too busy so we’d have to self park - no issue with that, it was more the natter of fact delivery of the message, not a great welcome to the hotel. This proved to be the theme. With a few exceptions the majority of staff are very rude. Joe, one of the bellmen, was the only friendly and personable member of staff we encountered - the rest were rude or robotic. When walking to the guest elevators you have to show your key to prove you are staying at the hotel . No issues with this but I do object to the way it is requested - most times the staff glare at you and shout “key”. Getting a seat to have a drink (other than at a slot machine) is difficult and staff at the tavern told us and several other guests that we couldn’t sit in there, even though there were plenty of seats. We had an issue with the room (which we were told had been upgraded to a best view room - see attached picture!) and had to move. The second room was much better but had to be chased up 7 hours after they said it would be ready. The bed linen in the second room was stained and when we mentioned this we just got a shrug from the reception member of staff. Otherwise the room was great but really needs teas and coffee making facilities. Food and drink is decent but everything is overpriced although it is Vegas so that is to be expected. We aired all of these points when checking out but received no reply, not an even a token sorry, or we’ll look into it. Go to the cosmopolitan instead is my advice.

This is a beautiful hotel very modern and stylish. Our room was big and decorated very nicely. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Room was very clean but out of the 7 nights only cleaned 5 times . The centre bar area is a great place to sit and have a drink and also Collins bar . This hotel is getting very popular and rightly so but they don’t have enough restaurants to accommodate the guests (food hall is an option but we wanted an evening meal) we only managed to have 2 evenings meals due to them being full , the meals we had were top draw , Mother Wolf and Dons Prime , shame we couldn’t eat in the other restaurants maybe book well in advance. We had the same problem at breakfast Vida always had queues and the French restaurant La Fontaine the same . It was a bit away from the strip but we liked this because we found the amount of people just walking through the hotels on the strip was very off putting, you don’t get that problem in Fontainebleau. After a busy day walking the strip it was like a haven to come back to. A little room for improvement needed but if I was to come back to vegas I would 100% stay here.

Pretty horrible. Mall had no soul, Oasis rink looked and felt fake, too far from the Strip, scammed us out of parking because the PARKING PASS WAS INVALID EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ONLY 15 HOURS AFTER CHECKING IN. TOO MUCH MONEY not even luxury, never stay again.
