This hotel was horrible! If I could give it zero stars I would! There were so many additional fees that we were unaware of! Once I received the official bill after I left the resort they charged my credit card over $500 USD unauthorized!! I would stay far away from this hotel! Not to mention the staff was extremely rude during the stay (5 days) I couldn’t believe it from the front desk staff to the door men outside! Unreal! I’ve never been treated so verbally badly from a company! If you’re thinking of this place stay somewhere else you will be thankful you did!

Well, this is Las Vegas and it is very busy all the time. The rooms are very nice. The property appears to be very clean. I enjoyed the spa, but the general decor was a little too office like. Sterile. However, I have never stayed in a hotel that does not provide the common courtesy of a coffee maker in the guest rooms. I fail to comprehend this. That was a monumental let down. Yes, the coffee place is open 24 hours, I know, but it’s also far, far away. You can’t make your own coffee? For this reason I would not stay here again nor would I recommend. I don’t understand the reasoning behind this decision.

What a destination! The hotel offers superb service, a great variety of diverse & atmospheric dining options, a bright & airy building, as well as what I consider a great locale, away from the sometimes seedy mid-Strip. Walked to The Sphere, Fashion Square, Arte Museum; free Tesla Loop rides to a few locales (soon to be airport). What a great experience!

Excellent property with real potential to be even better. Stylishly done with excellent F&B all around. Mother Wolf was a real treat. Their pastas transport you to Italy. Service was quite slow at the hotel for the star deduction. But If you prefer a low key time slightly away from the center, this one ticks all the boxes. No parking fee too

First time at the hotel. The large lobby is a lot of steps from the elevators. My assigned room was a lot of steps from the elevator. I get all the way to my room and my key doesn’t work. Oh no! I have to walk all the way back and then back again. Not happy with that. Security deposit was $150 per night. Why so much? The room was nice but no way close to Wynn/Encore. Between the two—Wynn is a 10. Fontainebleau is an 8. Just my opinion of course. It’s nice. No doubt. It’s luxury. Of course. Both really expensive.
